Operation Outbreak

We loved our first time at Operation Outbreak. Game master Norbz was awesome and the Last Breath room was very challenging. Trying to stay a step ahead of a serial killer is a tricky game but we had fun throughout our hour long adventure. Come check it out in El Paso.

Operation outbreak! ... WOW!... What an amazing experience staff is beyond awesome and the rooms are EPIC! The rooms are so sick me and my girlfriend completed all the rooms in 2 days hahaha please don't judge us we really.love escape rooms!If you're in town check them out! You won't regret itI can't wait to see what new rooms are coming in the future..Thank you for such an amazing experience guys we.will be back soon..

The people working there were SUPER nice and let us add a few people on arrival (even 1 over the allowed). They were funny, and explained everything well and quick. The only reason why I wouldn't give 5 stars was because I've been to other escape rooms where I live, that are less expensive and actually more intricate in nature. I feel like for the high price tag the rooms would have better thought puzzles and such.

This place was the perfect place for our family to gather the day after thanksgiving and play as a team! We went with The heist, and let me tell you, it's CHALLENGING! But that being said it was four adults and two helpful nieces 9-10. They guy working there(sorry I forgot his name, but started with an M) was very helpful. We really enjoyed our time. Wouldn't recommend the hardest room for kiddos lol it just worked out perfectly for the time we wanted to go.

THE most fun! I'm in EP for work this week, and one of my genius coworkers suggested an escape room. YES TO THAT, I replied. There were 8 of us doing the Sherlock room, and we made it in the nick of time. We worked together well to carefully unlock the room's many secrets. It really was a great time... so great, in fact, that 7 of us stayed to do the 2nd room. Which we crushed, BTW. I cannot recommend this highly enough! Great fun, great staff, great ideas, and a great challenge. * A coworker suggested this be done by couples prior to marriage or perhaps living together. Add it to the pre cana! Perhaps invite the in-laws so you know in advance if your likely to survive each other.

No better escape room in town my friends! Every room is well done and so much fun! Make sure and try every room available while they last!

The escape rooms at Operation Outbreak are really well executed.They have a strong theme to them, and the puzzles tend to be more interesting or interactive than in other escape rooms we've done in the area. So far, our team has done Temple of Doom, Area 915, and Cartel, and all three had some fantastic visual theming that really makes you feel transported to another place.Puzzles have been a satisfying mix of deduction, logic, and physical manipulation, which ensure there's a good variety and maintains interest during play. We didn't feel any puzzles were too hard or too easy - the difficulty felt about right. (YMMV of course.)And importantly, in the few cases where we've needed a hint, the hint seemed carefully crafted to give us just the right information to help us still realize the solution ourselves without it being a "gimme", helpful but not hand-holdy, which is an often-overlooked measure of an escape room. And the puzzles are usually tied to the theme quite well, which helps maintain the immersion.The staff are friendly and helpful, hints come quick when you ask for them, and the theme comes through strong. While I'm glad they're not the only escape game facility in El Paso, Operation Outbreak is my favorite by a good margin, and their rooms are well worth the price of admission.Strongly recommend if you're looking for an escape room experience.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! My son had been wanting us to go do the TNT room. It was amazing. Tons of fun, this is the 3rd room we have done, and it has been my favorite! The room will be retired soon, I definitely recommend doing it before it's gone. Love the story and the puzzles. Patty and Oscar were the best hosts...they made our experience even more enjoyable!

Amazing room with realistic decor. Our room master Norbz was helpful and very knowledgable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun date or family night!
