One Way Heating And Cooling

If I could leave more than five stars, I would! I live in California and my mom lives in Elpaso. Her air conditioner went out on a day where it was 111°. One way heating and cooling saved the day. My mom is elderly and has dementia. The woman I spoke with on the phone asked if she was elderly, and I said yes and instead of having to wait two weeks like every other place, I called they squeezed her in. Thankfully it was a fairly quick fix and she's now got air conditioning again. I can't recommend them enough not just for the quick speed of their work but for the customer service they offered. It's hard enough to manage this from out of state, but having them made it easy.Thank you so much! I will highly recommend you to anyone who I know needs assistance.

I asked for a diagnostic for my furnace. They asked for my phone number to set up an appointment. I text them my phone number and they never called me.

Our air conditioning unit is located in the attic and droplets of water had started forming on our ceiling. Based on their pristine record on Yelp, we contacted One Way H&C. Bottom Line, they scheduled to see us that same day and Mike fixed the problem. He then inspected the rest of the cooling unit and did some additional maintenance. Both Mike and his associate were friendly and knowledgeable. Their fee was very reasonable. This is the type of company and the type of repairmen you hope to get when you have an issue. I highly recommend this business and will use them in the future. Trust me and the other reviewers, you will not be disappointed.

Awesome service! Was able to come over within a couple hours and do a complete diagnostic and was able to provide affordable options. Not only did they repair the Unit but did a cleaning and servicing. They are truly not about the money only and value the customer.

I was having trouble with heating element on my HVAC unit. One way showed up, and the technician, Miguel Castorena, diagnosed the problem, and was able to purchase the part to fix it. After picking up the part, Mr. Castorena came, went up to the roof with his partner and installed the part. The unit now runs smoothly. I would highly recommend using One Way.

I called mike for a AC maintenance and was given an estimate of $125. He said they will wash the outside unit check voltages, check refrigerant levels, etc, etc. They came, washed the outside unit(hosed with water) and recharge refrigerant and chnaged me $280. The AC stopped working after these guys touched. Mike was trying to sell me a new unit. Manufacturer tech support said they shouldn't have washed the outside unit specially while power on as it could have created a short. Mike has gone mute on my texts. disappointed at these guys. I would not recommend. I maybe have lost a $4k AC unit plus the $280 I paid these guys for the service.

Service went well. The guys serviced my unit, were courteous and price was reasonable. When I called Mike she scheduled a visit within 4 days and they showed up on time for the job.
