One Stop Glass

I stopped here after getting to El Paso from Atlanta to fix a chip in my windshield. They were super fast and affordable I would definitely recommend this shop. They will give you their honest opinion. I called before getting there and was assisted as soon as I arrived.

We had a crack that made our windshield a hazard. I made a call to One Stop Autoglass and was set up with an appointment for the next day. The pricing is amazing, and you can't beat the warranty. Both the technician with whom I spoke on the phone and the technician who drove to our home to completed the install were professional and courteous. On the day of install, the technician not only did a wonderful job with the install but also was respectful of current health and safety precautions. As long as we are in El Paso, One Stop Autoglass will be our go-to for windshield and other autoglass issues.

I had a great experience with the team with a window replacement. They were very safe with Covid and wore masks. They also came to my home to do the job. I had great customer service and they had the best prices. I highly recommend.

Very fast, clean, great customer service and overall the pricing is unbeatable. I waited a total of 15 mins since the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Andy knows his stuff . I paid $30 to seal a small crack on my windshield . Definitely would come again to them if I'm in the area :)

Repaired a two inch crack and chip in roughly 20 minutes; perfect! Andy is a great tech who is very professional and knows the meaning of customer service. One Stop beat competitors in price as well. Highly recommend.

I called before going to the location because they were going to close in five minutes. Nate answered the call. Even though they were closing soon, he told me to still swing by. Once I arrived, with no hesitation, he walked out to the vehicle. He gave his honest opinion regarding the window repair. He did not take advantage of the situation for a quick buck. I highly recommend this glass repair shop and I will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service! They repaired my windshield at home. Completed the repair within a hour, and price paid was under $300. I drive a crossover, other places were charging above $300 and I had to drive to their location. I highly recommend this location!

Absolutely best customer service I have seen since the '50s. They are knowledgeable, quick, clean and courteous, and locally owned. I ordered a glass desk top in the morning and requested their earliest possible completion time. Mario promised it by afternoon. They actually delivered it, without charge, less than 2 hours later and they took the time to install it for me. You can not do better than with these folks!Marie
