Did not provide the piece of furniture requested. When questioned on the piece and ETA there was always a delay of some sort, with what can only be described as an incredible story/explanation. The individual asked for a partial payment upfront, which I was more than happy to do as this is not out of the norm when ordering a piece or pieces of custom furniture, however, the individual also asked for payment in full prior to completion, stating she had fallen on hard times. Again, having some sympathy and likewise understanding that anyone including myself can fall on hard times from one day to the next, I was happy to provide the remainder of the balance. As additional time passed, I again asked about the piece, only to be told the piece was destroyed in the process of customization and I would therefore need to wait until she could procure a replacement. At this point I asked the individual to stop contacting me as I was receiving constant text messages regarding the piece and inability to produce it as initially promised, and I write this review in hopes of helping someone avoid a similar situation and frustration.
