On The Go Heating and Cooling

Poor communication, hidden fees, rude tech. Company lost my contact info and did not send estimate. They ordered a part anyway and when I had to delay order due to home sale, they wanted me to pay shipping...even though they cancelled before item shipped. After that, I was assessed an additional fee because I did not order the part. Tech showed up unannounced and serviced hvac, but would not let me pay via invoice and made my wife pay on the spot, even though they previously billed via invoice.

Let me start by saying great CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone was so polite and went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met! We own some rental properties in NM and always have issues with our a/c's.My family and I shopped around and immediately noticed a difference when we contacted On The Go.Santos is extremely knowledgeable in the world of H.V.A.C.Definitely recommend!

Called for appointment for repair of AC. I was told the technician would be here that same day between 1pm-5pm.So, I waited and technician NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED!! NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY.

This review is for John and Victor just based on professionalism and extremely great service. They were the car behind me when my trailer detached. I was so frightened not for damage to my car or trailer but what might happened when it rolled off. Since John and Victor kept a safe distance, they were able to veer away but managed to get in front when they saw I stopped to rush out and help since I was in distress. They could have been scared, upset or any number of things by almost being hit but instead they helped me to secure the trailer to stay safe and were immediately back to their appointment in minutes!! I was amazed and asked for their card and already left a message for the owner but if you use their service ASK for these techs (John and Victor) thank you gentlemen!!

Came after hours to work on ac that broke on 100 plus day. Made sure repair was right. Everyone should be using them for their heating and cooling. I will never use anyone else again.
