This is a family run business. One guy and his brother seem to keep the place up and going. I'm good with that. I like using local, family, mom & pop businesses when possible. He was prompt and courteous and didn't mind me watching him while he took my washer apart to see if it was the belt like I thought. There was nothing about the cost of the repair or the knowledge of the repairman that upset me. I pride myself on fixing stuff myself and have gotten pretty good at it over the years. But this was a bigger repair job than I wanted to tackle. He knew his stuff and I would call them again for appliance repair. They always got right back with me when I called to see if my part was in.My two concerns are: 1. They needed to order a part - which took over a week to get - and I would have been good with paying for the part upfront. 2. He wanted the full amount including labor before he had done anything to the washer expect diagnose the issue. All worked out fine, it was just a little odd a repair place didn't have parts for what they repair and the labor was to be paid upfront.

I googled "washer repair" and found about 10 very positive google reviews for this business. Now I can see why! We called at 10am on a week day & had the washer fixed by 2pm the same day! The repair man even gave us a discount. If you want fast, professional and friendly service, give them a call! (575-805-0159)

I needed a repair on our dishwasher. Called OMG and following a ten minute inspection it was determined that they needed to replace a $300 part. "This is an expensive dishwasher, I need this part purchased up front". I bought the part and weeks went by. "I need my assistant to hold the dishwasher". COVID delays, then no return of my phone calls. Then their phone was disconnected. Registered letters were returned unopened. In short Harold and his assistant are thieves. This is about all the complimentary comments I can think of today. Harold, a $325 check will make this review go away sir. Give me a call.

On Valentine's Day my oven thermostat went out on my 3 year old range. He came to the house and charged $369 so he could order a new thermostat. When they received the part and came to replace it, he couldn't figure out how to fix it. He told me the part was the wrong one and no one was responding to him from the company.I was able to reach their customer service rep, who told me all we had to do was return the part and they would replace it for no additional charge.I phoned and texted multiple times giving him the information and he refused to take my calls or respond and then blocked me.I'm out $369 and haven't had a working oven for 10 months. I think he's a crook and a con man. The part was $29!Go anywhere else!

I called OMG to repair the dryer, at my rental property, upon a recommendation from a Preacher. The technician said the heating element was bad and needed to be replaced. I had the heating element replaced by OMG. Which cost $290.00 I had assumed the dryer was now repaired, not true. The tenant was telling me it took more than three hour to dry the clothes. Turns out the dryer's blower was not working. Now, OMG tells me it would cost another $180.00 to fix the blower. I said enough is enough, so I went to a used appliance store in Mesilla Park and bought a dryer for $159.00. The used dryer works great and is guaranteed for 6 months. I found out later was way overcharged for the heating element repair.

We used Harold at OMG ApplIance Repair on three occasions, and he was only able to adequately repair one appliance. One the other two occassions, he mis-diagnosed the problem, charged us in advance of ordering parts and completing the uneces mis-diagnosed repairs, and after $400+ in charges, we ended up having to call someone else to fix the appliance correctly. We no longer recommend him or his company OMG Appliance. So much for his 90 day warranty. Update: Found out that Harold was using parts not manufacture authorized, and relay switch he installed has now done more damage. Do not use this service.

I am disappointed in this service. I hired them back in early May to repair my ice and water machines on my refrigerator. At first they appeared reliable. They came by to fix the water supply and the filter was clogged and they ordered the part and were supposed to come by and fix. They rescheduled several times and no show ever single time. Be aware that they charge upfront. This should have been my first warning or cue, but I also can understand that customers can also change their mind and stiff the business too. I trusted them in good faith. They had to order the part and two weeks later the repairman called to advise me via text message that he had car trouble. They rescheduled twice and no shows. I was told by ome of the gentlemen that he was in the hospital and sick. Now the phone is out of service. I do hope that the man is not sick and in good health. However, they should not charge up front if they cannot fulfill the work assignment. In good conscience, I can't recommend and will never use this service again. I am out $208.00 and my ice machine and water dispenser are not working after two months. I regret having to give them a bad review, but am compelled to do so because of no communication.

Harold with Three Crosses was awesome! He responded to all my texts right away, he worked on my microwave on Sunday to get it back to my quickly and he was honest and up front about costs. They are a little on the expensive side but after a terrible experience with Big Jack's, I was happy to pay for somebody who knew what they were doing.

Great service. Was able to get my oven fixed like new rather than pay for a new one at four times the cost.
