Love that there's a food truck park in the NE! When we went, they had a pretty good selection of food trucks ranging from Filipino food, pupusas, burgers, Korean fusion, aguas frescas, and more. Parking is a little crowded, but nothing terrible. They also seem to do events there which they advertise on Facebook. Definitely recommend checking it out!

The Deshebrada tacos at the El Roble truck amazing. Comes with 3 full tacos, beans and rice for $10. Will go back for them again!

The only bad thing is some food trucks are not always open. Otherwise good food, plenty of options. Love their snack trucks.
