Oil Changers

I have been going here for decades. Employees have always been professional. Today I left my car there at 9am, there were two cars in the garages. I asked him how long it would be, so I could return. The employee said there were two cars in front of me and it would take 20 minutes. We came back after 20 minutes and it was parked in the garage so we ran some more errands. We came back after 45 minutes, and I was told it would be ready soon, ran more errands. We were called at 9:56am and told it was ready. I returned at 10:30 and told him I would not have minded if he would have told me one hour, but to tell me 20 minutes and yet it takes almost an hour is way off. He said "I don't think we took an hour" and I reiterated "almost an hour, which would be 56 minutes". He then said "well I told you there were two cars in front of you". Fortunately there are about a dozen other oil changing companies around me, I don't need to go to a place with a time challenged, obnoxious punk giving me attitude. Time to go, from this Lube 'n Go.

Hood Tech 11430 and Lube Tech 18001 (I didn't catch their names) were extremely helpful. They informed me they may not carry the oil or filter my Audi Q5 needs but made every effort to find what my vehicle needs and were able to service my car quickly and efficiently! Prices have gone up and in this economy that's no surprise but they did a great job at getting me in and out quickly and informing me when my car was ready! Kudos to two young men that want to work!!! Managers please let them know they are doing a good job!

Gentlemen were very polite and professional. I was only there for the car inspection. They actually did the complete inspection. They mentioned to me that air filter needed to be replaced and minor items. These Gentlemen worked like if the business was theirs. Good job. I didn't even ask how much because they did their job and more. Like Tony the Tiger. Grrrrrreat!!!!!

I recently visited this location and had excellent service. The crew and manager were very helpful. They answered all my questions and had me in and out of there in no time. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change.

Super fast and courteous service. After my vehicle had its oil changed, I went up to pay. Then, I realized I had left my wallet at home. They were very gracious and understanding in allowing me to go back home (a 40 minute trip each way) to retrieve my wallet.
