You charged me for lumber and used all of mine recycled my materials, all good and well but you charged me for materials!
This is what I had to do to solve the problem with the leak in the roof. Water leaked all the way through the wall causing worse problems.

After several years of subpar RV mechanics ripping me off, Rick O'Neill and his team have fixed my issues. He is the 4th mechanic to look at my leveling system. Charged by 3 separate shops for fixing what they did not fix, O'Neill's actually fixed it!!! His knowledge and skilled team are worth the drive. They've fixed a couple different plumbing issues, found a less expensive solution to an AC dilemma, and replaced rotten slide out canvas. You can trust O'Neill's RV center to do it right!

Rick and Bob from O'Neill's RV service should be ashamed of themselves for the type of work that they have done for me. I don't know if you should take my advice or not but I would stay as far away from this company as possible especially if you are handicapped in a wheelchair! This man did nothing but Shotty work for me just because I could not see my roof or get underneath my trailer. Every single job was done incorrectly. The pictures that I showed will amaze you. Not only that but the man will suggest to you that you pay his employees off the clock to do work for you. Do not except this because he will not come back to finish work. I have been told "you can't just threaten somebody with A lawsuit Román"you can if you have proof of shotty work and disrespect. I was told that I am a jerk and I am using different terms for being crippled in a wheelchair and an angry man. No I am angry because you do not do the work that you guarantee to do and not only that but you have not come back to fix warranty work; told me that "warranty work is not free" you left the old booster on a brand new antenna replacement I consider that very lazy. The leak in my roof is now cost me over $2000 in repairs I believe I am now getting to the $2500 mark and I am only halfway done with what you have done incorrectly. You drilled into the wall where there is nothing to hold me in my bed could have fallen through and I could've been left in worse shape than I already am. Your roofing job was supposed to be guaranteed for five years it did not work causing damage to the front end of my rig. When I asked you to fix the windows with the leak you rammed in screws that were not even of the same type and not meant for windows. I ended up having to replace the whole front end of my trailer due to the rain damage and the water leakage. Your plumbing work was horrible and charging me $550 for that type of work is proof that you do not mind taking advantage of people that are handicapped wheelchair-bound or elderly. The pictures I am going to post will show the town just how trapped they are in to having you do work for them because of only two companies being in this town. By the way the other company is worse and I will be posting a review on their company as well. I can tell that you were in touch with him because of his neglect to want to work for me.. he knew too much about the job when I called him. I believe they call that black balling?

O'Neill RV Service & Sales saved our "freezing" butts!! Rick & Bob are very knowledgeable & helpful. When we lost our RV's furnace circuit board, we called O'Neills. The temperatures the night before dropped into the mid 20's & we woke up SO COLD & even had ice INSIDE our RV. Rick did not have the circuit board in stock but made a call & found one for us. We chose to drive to Albuquerque & pick it up instead of waiting (and hoping) UPS would deliver it the next day. While their secondary employee showed up quickly, it was a fast ride downhill after that. He came out on Thursday, replaced our water filtration system without informing us or trying to call our RV manufacturer for replacement parts. That cost us $300 + and we still don't have water. We called on Friday because no one showed up to complete the work. We got spoken to in a argumentative tone of voice. We were told that they left a message to find out if we were home. We have continually told them that someone is always here. They explained that it was too late Friday and they don't work Saturday or Sunday except on rare occasions, but they would be out on Monday to get our water back on.No show and no call on Monday. No show and no call on Tuesday so we called them. We were told that they were very busy with an emergency and we are still on their list. (Getting mad.) We called again and they said that they would try to get out tonight to evaluate what still needed to be done. We still have no water! They keep saying that they need to get inside the coach to disconnect the water heater. We don't have a water heater, we have in instant hot water boiler .We'll see if this is really going somewhere or just up in smoke.

Rick had been my go to RV guy for 6 years now. He is dependable, honest, fair, knowledgeable and works until he gets it right. Highly recommend! He also sells RV parts, used and new RVs and provides storage. Oh and has mobile (he will come to you) service as well.

O'Neills has done competent work for us before (like when we had a pack rat caught in the squirrel cage of our furnace, and several off the wall problems we have had) and we have thought their prices were very fair. This time, our slide would not go out on our travel trailer. We called them up and they scheduled an appointment for us right away. It only took a couple of hours, and we got a call saying it was ready to go. They explained what the problem was, and the solution was much cheaper than we expected it to be. They have consistently done good work for us.
