Not Just A Flower Shop

I called to place an order for a friend's Dad's memorial service. It was unfortunately sudden. With only a few days notice, I didn't know the time, only the name and date but Vanessa said she knew the funeral parlor and would take care of it. A group of us all pitched in to get their family a large display of hydrangeas, roses and orchids as we couldn't be there ourselves on such short notice. Vanessa was so helpful, sympathetic and understanding throughout the whole sensitive process, easing any worries we had. It was a comfort to us to be able to send our condolences a thousand miles away. I would definitely order from them again, though hopefully on a more light-hearted event next time.

They don't deserve one star. The worst service. They Do NOT know anything about floral design I order flowers from flower shops all the time I've never had an experience like this one. Do not look here for flowers. I'm still waiting on my credit over a month after I ordered them. And the flowers were never delivered !! DO NOT do business here!!!

I came down from L.A. To attend my Godfather's funeral service. I arrived in Las Cruces, settled down in our room and started calling flowers shop in El Paso. It was late about 8:15 pm hoping some would answer the phone. Them bam Not Just A Flower Shop answered! I explaining I need the flower on Thursday before the viewing which started at 5:00 pm. She was very professional, so I set up an appointment Thursday morning 10:00am. Let me tell you, I was tough to never judge a book by its cover. The flower shop is small but this lady can make an arrangement like no other. I went with my guy feeling and it paid off big time! It was beautiful everything I needed for my godfather a WWII veteran. Thank you, Not Just A Flower Shop!

PHENOMENAL SERVICE !!!! I was in a hurry to purchase a last minute, and sadly unexpected arrangement for family who lost their loved one. I went to their website and ordered my arrangement with very specific instructions. Vanessa handled this very professionally and expeditiously. I was very impressed by their service. I even got a picture of my arrangement via text. Excellent Quality and Service. I will be using your services from now on.

I work across the street and saw that this shop had good reviews. I needed something very specific for a Memorial Service. Only blue, yellow and white flowers. I described what type of flowers I needed, told them to make it as classy and un-funeral like as possible. They did an exquisite job. Even though I'd instructed blue & white hydrangeas and yellow roses.. I was so pleased to see yellow sunflowers and other blue flowers (I'm not good with identifying flowers!) Beautiful job, thank you. I'll be back soon.

Rude! Rude! RUDE! I called to ask a simple question, and whoever answered wouldn't even let me finish talking! They put a phone number on the website, and then tell you they can't answer your question because "the phone number is only for emergencies"So I'll be sure to only call the next time I have a "flower emergency". RIDICULOUS!

I would give no stars if I could, the screenshot speaks for itself. My dad called trying to order flowers & this is the response he got.

I contacted this Flower to attempt to get some guidance on seasonal flowers, and what they could possibly suggest, right away I was cut off by the person who answered the phone and told me we only carry what you see on our website, the lady didn't even let me finish my question and when I tried to continue with my question she continuously cut me off repeating we only do what you see on our website, I gave up and simply decided to end the conversation by letting the person on the other end of the phone that I would call elsewhere. The person then texted me. With such poor customer service I immediately received I simply let her know I had received poor customer service and would look else where... and this was her response, "you're not my customer just a crazy stupid annoying woman." Simply because I called to ask for advice on flowers which I didn't get because she didn't even let me finish my question. Wow, I know for sure I won't be taking my business there.

She was truly unprofessional. I asked to have my flowers delivered on a certain day and they could not be delivered so I asked for a refund. She then went on to call my husband a liar and then she started talking about my five children. I have never been as disrespected and will never support this business again. Not only was she rude and wouldn't give me a refund they still didn't even deliver the flowers

We purchased this beautiful picture apparently because once the arrangement arrived it was a plant that was purchased from the Albertsons across the street for a third of the price we paid maybe less for them. We read there policy thoroughly and contacted there BloomNation corporate and was told they did not follow the policy on the substitution properly. What made it worse was the call towards the not just a flower shop went horrible I asked if I could at least get the difference not a full refund because I understand things happen and was yelled at immediate by the son and the mom. They said they are filing a police report on us because we were going to file a dispute. We got advice and did more investigating before we filed a dispute and just take it further than it needed and even tried calling the flower shop again but they no longer would take our phone calls to work out a solution. If we could post photos I would show you. But I can't I apologize if you had a great experience with them this was just my encounter. Thank you
