STAY AWAY. This place is a nightmare. I rented a unit, but it was so disgusting and difficult to even be able to move in that I didn't move in. Your access is limited to only a few hours a day, never past 4 and never before 9 a.m. They clearly do not want people who have jobs as customers. The unit itself has no lights nor does the hallway were the unit is located. Mine was on the second floor, and to get to the second floor, you are required to load your things onto a broken down lift thing that the lowest it goes is 3 feet from the ground. I was told, that's because that's how high a uhaul truck sits. The floor of the unit was also nasty.I didn't even ask for my money back, I just wanted to make sure they didn't continue to charge me. That was a nightmare. The front desk guy says he is not allowed to cancel the contract, I must talk to management, but management is not on site and you cannot have their direct number. Rather, Alex, the desk attendant, has to send them a message to call you. They don't call. This place is a scam. Go to Hwy 70 storage instead. Very clean, professional, well lit, no hassles, and you actually get access to your unit to move in and out.

One star is being nice. Had to deal with there haul. Man had door locked, ( during hours normal business hours) I knocked and finally called and the a manager came and unlocked door and was acting very rude and making rude comments as if I was doing something to upset and really aggravate him. Very strange. My family owns and operates self storage units I know how business works and I know how customers should be treated, and I was amazed at the poor costumer service. Highly do not recommend.
