Wow what are the bad reviews about? Noodles and Dumplings is pretty much the ONLY authentic Szechuan Chinese in all of El Paso. And their noodles are handmade, which is a luxury these days. Can be a tad bit heavy, but hey this is El Paso. They serve bok choi, woodear mushrooms, five spice beef, cabbage and twice cooked pork, and sour mustard fish stew which are all things real Chinese families eat. (The Szechuan spicy fish is killer!) Beef noodle soup and pork "shiao long bao" flavors are 100% on point. The main server at this location has great customer service skills. They do sometimes forget things when you order online but they fix it immediately, probably a tech issue. At the other location if you go with kiddos when they are slow, the chefs will give your kids dumpling/noodle dough to play with.

Nice gentleman and patrons. I was there on a business trip and really wanted to try their noodles and chicken combo dish. I went in for noodles and meat combo but due to me saying something about the fried rice I got fried rice instead of the noodles. It was not all that great with the fried rice. Ate some and threw the majority of the dish away. Different ambiance than what is looked in the picture. The inside looked smaller in person.

The food was the BEST Asian food I've had in a long time. The general tsao was actually a little spicy! I absolutely loved it. (Usually most places barely have any spice to it) the service was super friendly, and fast! The place was really cute too. Only thing I'd recommend them do, is to dust the rope design lights they have.

so, the food was good, and they give you a lot for the price you pay, BUT the reason I gave a 1 star is because I found what looks to be some kind of maggot or worm in my food... my friend and I will not be returning solely because of this.

Came here for lunch with my husband with high hopes but was disappointed. The inside is small and not a lot of seating but that wasn't an issue for us. We ordered the cream cheese Rangoon's to start. The flavor was good but the filling was sparse and needed more. I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup and was not a fan. The noodles are homemade. I was not a fan of the texture. The portions were gracious but I couldn't get into it. My husband ordered the house fried rice and that was lackluster. Barely seasoned and did not reflect traditional fried rice in my opinion. Our waitress was nice and patient and the service was good.

Charming little noodle/dumpling house. The exterior is unassuming, nestled in a tiny strip mall. The interior is decorated pretty modern with pictures of the food on the wall and classic Asian decorations (lanterns, good luck symbols, etc). The service was friendly and very attentive! We ordered bbq pork steamed bao which were fresh, hot and filled with delicious Chinese flavored bbq pork. We also ordered the chive pancakes, nothing to phone in about, but light, airy and very flaky. My husband got the steamed pork and scallion dumplings. Those were very tasty! You can tell they're handmade because they're not particularly uniform. The filling was juicy and delicious with a slightly spicy dipping sauce. I ordered Kung Pao tofu over the hand pulled noodles. The tofu was crispy and delightful. The sauce was a little spicy with fresh, slightly crispy vegetables. The hand pulled noodles were the perfect vehicle for the sauce of the Kung Pao!! The noodles were the star of the show! They bouncy, chewy and soaked up all that flavor!Tips: it's BYOB if you'd like to drink with your meal. I always find the place charming when you can hear the kitchen staff's banter. It just adds a "homey" feel to a restaurant.

Small inside, but super close to places like the Bradbury museum. We decided to check it out and were impressed with the dumplings. The dumplings reminded me of the flavor and taste of traditional dumplings I had in Taiwan. The waiters and staff were really great with our kids, who were naturally wild. Dumplings were a hit with the kids, they also enjoyed the lo mein.

Food is fresh and full of flavor. Dumpling were excellent, took the time as was expected worth the wait. The combination noodles were just the right spice. Noodles were perfect texture. The flattened chicken noodles were just right also. Second time we have been here and both times we enjoyed our lunches.
