We came here in xmas day because we r on a road trip and everything else is closed. We are little hesitant in the beginning since we came from a city with a ton of authentic Chinese food so we were scared that we would have a bad experience. However, the food was surprisingly delicious and we are super happy with the dishes we got. 1. Braised beef noodle soup: it was tender, and flavorful. The noodle is a little tough and chewy I hope we could customize the softness and shape. 2. Lanzhou beef noodle soup: I ordered the non spicy version since the table has the jar of exact spicy oil they put in the spicy version. This way i could customize how much I can add. The spicy oil is very good!!3. Pan fried pork scallion dumplings : ok I gotta say this is better than a lot of pork scallion dumplings I have eaten in my life, the sauce is amazing, the bottom crisp is amazing. Thanks for the authentic food. There was some hiccups but they handled it professionally too. The place is bright and spacious.

I got here before the dinner crowd and the timing was perfect. I had been fight coldso I wanted some vitamin C so I ordered the orange chicken; it did not disappoint it was delicious! There was a lot of chicken in the portion and most of it was unsure noodles. The hand pulled noodles were the best. The seasoning of the orange flavor was perfect...the service was great but but but there was no hot tea!

Very authentic Chinese style restaurant. I love how you can see the chefs at work. Our waitress was super friendly. We had a group or 6 and the food was great. Especially the cream cheese wontons!

I loved that the first thing you see when you walk in are chefs stretching the homemade noodle dough. It was fun! We were seated quickly in the center of the well-lit space. We ordered veggie bao, orange chicken with fried rice, and a chicken noodle stir fry. Everything was fresh and delicious! My parents were also there, and they ordered Mongolian chicken on noodles and veggie stir fried noodles. We did have to wait a bit to have our check picked up, but overall, a good experience! So glad local businesses are popping up in El Paso more regularly!

I came in with my family of 8 for lunch and was seated right away. There was a misunderstanding with the waitress and we weren't brought what we ordered but the experience was overall good. The food tasted great and we loved that you can watch them preparing the food. The food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend and would return.

Service: 4/5: our waitress was friendly and was able to answer some questions we had about the menuFood: 4/5: not the best baos Ive had, but they were definitely tasty. The general tsao chicken was good but spicy. I struggled a bit with the spice. Price: 4/5: At first it seems a little overpriced but the portions are pretty large. I would recommend to make this a shareable type of experience. Overall was satisfied and would come back.

My favorite restaurant in El Paso by far! The ambiance of this restaurant was adorable! There were so many cute drawings everywhere, and there was a glass window at the front where you can see the chefs making the dumplings in person. They smiled for the camera hehe :) the service is absolutely amazing also. Idk how they get all their dishes out so quick! Literally finished our meal in less than an hourWhat we ordered:1. Xiao long bao - 7.5/10. Not as good as din tai fung but pretty frickin close! The outside skin of the dim sum is a little thicker but the soup inside tasted super clean. Not too salty either! Would def get again when im craving dimsum2. Combination noodle - 7/10. I lovee that it's not too salty! Love how it's packed with beef, chicken, and shrimp. I wish the noodles were a little chewier but would definitely order this again! 3. Braised beef noodle soup - 7.5/10. The first thing i noticed is how clean the broth was! The portions were generous and I loved how it came with bok choy too. I wish the noodles were a little chewier for this dish too but was overall delicious! The braised beef was also a little tough but was still pretty good :)4. General tsao chicken - 8/10. Tasted basically like orange chicken! Again the portions were super generous! Wish the chicken was a little juicier but overall solidd

Love Noodles & Dumplings with its original Northern Chinese food from the Long Zhou Northen region. Northern food is the food features comforting savory flavors often with a lot of spice. This category includes Beijing, Northeast (Dongbei), and Shandong cuisine. Sweet and Sour Pork, Dumplings, Zha Jiang Mian, Xia Long Boa and Corn Soup are classic northern dishes. You also have excellent freshly made hand-pulled noodles Lamian (traditional Chinese: 拉麵; simplified Chinese: 拉面; pinyin: Lāmiàn; "pulled noodles") is a type of soft wheat flour Chinese. made by twisting, stretching and folding the dough into strands, using the weight of the dough. It is an intricate and artistic process. We had some delicious boa buns with meat and red beans. Noodle & Dumpling really steam them well. The service was extremely friendly and professional. This is really the ideal food for the winter.

I've been passing this place for a long time, and always assumed it was just kind of like a fast food restaurant, so it never hit my radar. I've always just used it as a landmark so I knew where to turn off Mesa when it was late at night.Well, thank god my back started hurting recently, because it has inspired me to walk more. And thank god Noodles & Dumplings is within walking distance to my house, because it gave me the opportunity to overcome my assumptions about this restaurant and force me to explore it a little more.I went there for lunch today, and was more than pleasantly surprised. Fabian gave me the best service possible (A+!), and the food was fantastic. I was shocked. I ordered the Kung Pao noodles with shrimp, and it was amazing. I then had the chocolate bao for dessert, and once again, was not let down. There are a lot of big, comfortable tables in there, so it would be a good place to go with friends and hang out, which is exactly what I plan to do soon.I highly recommend this restaurant.
