Nonotelo Gelateria Artigianale

I was in town visiting my parents. I got to meet up with old high school friend that I hadn't seen in a little while and we caught up. We had dinner but we weren't ready for the evening to end so we came here to get some gelato. Flavors were very good and amazing. The choices were amazing and I like everything I tried. Highly recommend coming here if you live in the area. The gelato is pretty top notch

Plenty of flavors they all looked delicious, but there can only be one...at a timeWe planned to grab some dessert for the El Paso sunset, but we got stuck in the calmness of it all.We were flooded with choices of gelato, and serving styles (from shakes, to cups, to sits, etc). The indoor dining area had plenty of seating. They also had board games. My kids, in particular, unboxed the Jenga and were building a falling tower while they were enjoying their dressed and undressed gelato.There was only one attendant behind the counter, but she confidently and amiably served her customers with car and with a smile.The ambiance was chill. There was outdoor seating, but the folks enjoyed their gelato out of the ending sun's reach on this evening.We enjoyed our dessert and still had some time to catch the last glimpses of the days light.

They let a family of 4 + 1 try just about every flavor and were so nice. The price is reasonable and the gelletto is delicious.

Nonotelo Gelateria is located on the west side of El Paso on Mesa Street corner with Belvidere Street. I was scrolling on Instagram when I saw some fantastic-looking ice creams and noticed the business was not too far away from home. I have been here twice, and I am still impressed with their gelato and ice cream flavor selection; everything tastes so natural. Nonotelo Gelateria offers many vegan options and Apple Pay. Their parking area is spacious. They offer military discount and friendly customer service. One can sit down to enjoy the gelato while playing with the board games they have available--a family-friendly establishment.

Lots of fun flavors to choose from. Generous with taste offerings. Patient and friendly service. Satisfactory serving sizes. Reasonable prices. Very clean and spacious place. Looking forward to the next trip!

I love this place! The gelato is always super delicious and the staff is very friendly! Loved that they took special precautions during Covid and we just kept coming back...so many unique flavors and Vegan friendly! Enjoy!

Didn't have as many flavors as I thought they would, and didn't have any deserts, but the gelato was good, the store was clean - although it smelled pretty strong of floor cleaner... I guess that means it's clean though, right? Because it did seem very clean. Service was good. The flavors were good. The only thing is that the signage is very hard for anyone to know what it is. I remember driving through town several years ago (2019?) and seeing the name and wondering what it was. The name '"Nonotelo" is in very large letters, but "gelato" is only an afterthought. I think they'd get more customers if "gelato" was more prominent. It took us 4 years (we don't live in town) to find out!

We went last night and the young man working was extremely nice and helpful. Even though the service prompted us to leave a review, the gelato was delicious!
