I would give no stars if I could. I placed an order on 7/25/19 I got charged but I never received the desk I ordered. I have called several times no one has been able to give me an explanation of what is going on I spoke to Humberto about 3 times he said he was working on my desk and it would be delivered on Friday, on Friday I called he didn't answer then he said it would have to wait until Wednesday on wed I called him 3 times and texted him no response. I called the office directly they told me there was no order and no delivery on file I was mortified. The person I spoke to on the phone did not want to give me his name. He said a manager or the owner would call me its been 3 days and I have not received a call back. Horrible, horrible horrible! customer service worst company I have ever worked with! I want my money back!
