Delicious salads, soups and smoothies for when you're looking for something tasty AND healthy. My favorites are the Amour salad with strawberries, goat cheese, & pecans and the tortilla soup that's available on Mondays (each day of the week they have a different soup). They also make really good iced green tea that you can have lightly sweetened with honey.

I just stumbled upon this awesome little gem for lunch in Central El Paso today. It's called Nature's Delight, located at 1814 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79902. They've got another location in Socorro, but lucky for us, there's one right here too!Let me tell you, this place is all about healthy and delicious food. They're known for their sandwiches, salads, wraps, and "Jugos," which are these incredible juices. Seriously, they're so good and packed with quality ingredients that are great for you.But here's the best part: the prices are really reasonable. You can walk out of there with a full belly on their lunch specials half a sandwich and salad meal, made with top-notch ingredients, for just $6. Can you believe it? I'm thrilled that this place exists.Just a heads up, though, they're quite popular, so it's a good idea to get there early. I went today and they ran out of soup, so you might want to keep that in mind. Also parking is a pain and a little scary as a pedestrian to cross the busy roads. But trust me, it's totally worth checking out. Enjoy your meal! - TODOELPASO

Nature's Delight is a gem hidden off from Montana avenue between Laurel and William street almost across the from Burritos Rafas. Natures Delight focuses on serving healthy delicious food. It has been open for over eight years now. Everything is made there from scratch and the food tastes so. The restaurant is small and its tables need some TLC but other than wobbly tables the restaurant is clean and you can feel a sense of positivity all around. Their menu consists of veggie burger, sandwiches, variety of soups and salads, healthy drinks and desserts. At the register they also sell some beauty products. I experienced good costumer service and I am happy I finally found a place where I know I can go have a healthy lunch; plus their portions are quite generous. The restaurant doesn't have an official parking lot but there are parking spaces on the street.

No crepes.I sought out Nature's Delight because of Angelica N's review and the mention of the awesome crepes, but it seems as though the menu has changed since the review was posted and they no longer serve crepes. Bummer. But just because my cravings could not be fulfilled, did not mean I wasn't going to try some yummy, healthy food. I started by ordering the Hawaiian juice. Tropical as one would expect, sweet, overall good. The options on the menu for entrees are sandwiches or salads and to compliment my tasty juice, I went with the Napolean Salad. It had a mix of greens topped with pineapple, apple, walnuts, raisins, grapes, and blue cheese. The suggested dressings were a raspberry dressing or balsamic vinaigrette. I went with the raspberry and I'm glad I did. Not sure if they make it themselves, but it's a really good dressing. My lunch partner ordered the Turkey and Ham sandwich which also came with avocado. Kind of just a simple sandwich with a side of Miss Vickie's BBQ kettle cooked chips.Pricing wasn't too bad and our server was good although her shift did end 5 minutes into our meal. No one really came to check on us after she left, but before she left she let us know that the people sitting at the table behind us would be more than happy to ring us up when we were ready to go.ND is a good little place to stop if you're in the area and not looking for anything over the top, just simple.

A tasty & fresh shop with very kind staff. I ordered the chef salad which was very fresh and delicious. I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that was very satisfying but not heavy. I got the light body shake which I wasn't a fan of but will try another in the future!

Healthy? Me? Yep, when its this good, I'll eat healthy. I'm a fried food fanatic, but this place helps me help myself. Great sandwiches, delicious soup and splendid salad. There is a tuna salad that is a favorite, and the Caprese salad is loaded with cheese, spinach and tomato. You can add a chicken breast for another $2, and it makes a pretty complete meal. The Chipotle chicken sandwich is great, but not too hot. I usually make it double meat, too. I'm trying to eat healthy, not starve myself to death, right. Well, I go 270, a little more on a bad day, and 6'2", so I can put away my share. This sandwich had me full, especially with the side of their awesome tortilla soup.Total bill for two, with a 20% tip included, was only $21. Healthy and a fair price almost never happens. Don't go straight up noon, though. They are slammed and making it fresh takes a minute. I go a little before or after the lunch hour and they serve us in 10 minutes.Enjoy, and thanks Nature's Delight.Billy

The food is really healthy and light, portions are good for the price. Its tiny place and if u want to park you will enter from the back door.Very clean bathroom and restaurant. Most think that healthy food isn't tasty, but this place proves the opposite..One more thing i loved about it is that the wrap actually had avocado not like all other places where u cant even taste it.. In their grilled chicken wrap there was lots of avocado...Wraps come either with chips, salad or soup i took the salad which comes with yummy feta cheese, the dressings are raspberry dressing or balsamic vinegar with oil as its a healthy restaurant.. These are served aside..The only drawback is the hours, so if you work far from the place probably you wont make it... As they close at 4

I came here for lunch on a work day and it's a great little place to get a great, healthy meal. I ordered a chicken salad and a green juice. I was happy with both, very tasty and surprisingly filling! I did take to go so I cannot speak for what it's like eating in the restaurant. I called multiple times to try to order take out but no one ever answered the phone - you'll need to go to the restaurant and order and wait for your order. I didn't mind because I didn't wait more than 5 minutes but it might not be convenient for those who are on a time crunch during lunchtime.I found parking to be a bit of a nightmare - it's street parking only.

Wowzerz, what a find!! I visit El Paso a few times per year and load up on endless, massive quantities of enchiladas and chips and salsa. This time, however, I really craved some wholesome goodness and discovered the bounty that is Nature's Delight. They have a delicious selection of sandwiches and panini, as well as an extensive menu of juices and smoothies. The ingredients are very fresh and excellent quality. I sampled the Hawaiian juice (so tasty), raspberry ice tea (which was awesome because it wasn't cloyingly sweet), the Goaty, and the Verona (sans prosciutto). Everything was super yummy! The cream of squash soup and side salad were also awesome. I'll return!

Find this quaint little place by the busy Montana & Cotton Intersection. It's a perfect spot for a cozy, comfortable, quiet lunch.I've been here several times as my coworkers suggested it since it's so close to work. I have yet to be disappointed! The lentil soup offered on Wednesdays is delish and you cannot go wrong with the cucumber agua fresca. I have also had the Napoleon Salad without the cheese (for us hangry vegans), the Acapulco fruit salad and their veggie burger... yum yum yum!My coworkers rave about the various sandwiches too so there is something for everyone.I'm also eyeing the iced coffee and smoothie options for a morning treat...The prices are super reasonable and the service is always great. You must go!They also offer an assortment of teas as natural remedies for various maladies. I've tried the anti-stress and tea to soothe my cough and have been pleasantly surprised.
