Nambé On The Historic Mesilla Plaza

I go to Nambe every time I visit Mesilla. Unless the store is crowded (which does happen on weekends and during vacation season), the friendly crew ALWAYS greets us as we walk in, asking if we would like any help finding anything, telling us about their current sales, and leaving us alone to shop, whatever we want.The merchandise is creative, rarely using straight lines when an elegant curve will do. Yes, some of it is pricy, but the great bargains they have on a regular basis offsets that. I almost always come out of there with something in a Nambe shopping bag. Friendly staff, fantastic merchandise, what more could anyone want? I'm definitely going back.

More expensive that Bloomingdales prices for the same items. Prices are a joke. Also the employees are just lazy. They never stood up and just sat there talking to each other the whole time. Not a good experience.

We went in today like we have many times before, hoping for better service than all of the other visits but we were once again disappointed. If you want to be greeted when you enter a store, this is not one to come to. Even our ten year old noticed how stand offish and unfriendly the staff was. The items in the store are of high quality and very high prices that I do not mind and think is worth the items, but the staff does not act as such and it makes me rethink purchases there.

first of all, nambe of old mesilla, you are not a high end boutique. your products are way overpriced, and your store is it not beautiful at all. not to mention your customer service skills or lack thereof. we really want tourists to know of the total lack of professionalism of this store's employees and their experience will be disappointing. we have other boutiques who are excellent in product and service. so nambe, if you think you have it made in this community, think again!!!! i will work very hard to let the world know your lack of standards and customer service skills!!!!!
