The worst place you could possibly go. The last time I went for an eyebrow wax, they were using the same popsicle sdick to apply wax to everyone. I had already been getting waxed so I was out of luck by the time I noticed. She was also extremely rough on my eyebrows and skin, and made them super thin and nearly left one bald. I am so disappointed, lesson learned! I will never go back, spend the extra $ on better services, and better customer service.

I have been coming to this salon for years and I always love how my nails come out. Some techs are better than others but they all do decent work. They do get pretty busy on the weekends which makes them rush, that's why I love going during the weekdays.

I was in Las Cruces for a wedding and came here to get a dip nail set and pedicure. My mother in law and I had to wait for over an hour just to get helped, and it isn't like the place was packed, it was not. Because I saw them getting to others that arrived before us I asked when they were gonna get to us and it wasn't Until then that we were helped. When the woman started on me the area where I was placed was unsanitary and not that clean. No liner was used on the foot tub. Then I saw she used the same tools on me as the previous woman, I asked for sanitized tools but the "sanitizing" was quickly spraying rubbing alcohol on them. My pedicure was literally the worst thing ever. My toe nails were super crooked, my feet were barely rubbed, and they got mad when I asked when they would help my mother in law. I was also made to walk on the dirty carpet without the foam foot sandals. We left without me even getting my nails done nor did they even help my mother in law. My toes were so messed up that the paint came off right away and the skin around my toes was even cut. Do not go here.

I came in to get a basic manicure. They got me and my friend in right away on a Saturday. No wait (bully to them!), though we weren't able to sit together. That was fine with us, though. The technician was polite, but not chatty (which is not a problem for me). My nails came out looking perfectly fine but I felt like my experience here was a bit inconsistent with previous manicure experiences I had had elsewhere in the past. I'm not certain exactly how consequential these discrepancies are, but here they are, nonetheless...For one, the manicurist really only had me soak one hand throughout the manicure. She did not treat my nails with cuticle cream in advance of trimming the cuticles (or after) as past manicurists have. She did not have me wash my hands before applying nail polish. And I didn't really get much of a hand massage with lotion so much as a gentle application of oil on my forearms after my polish had already been applied. I spent 5 minutes with a fan on my hands and no time under UV light, and the sign outside advertised manicures as costing $14, yet I was charged $15 (which I didn't challenge, largely because I'm a door mat). I thought it was a bit odd that they offered me the option of paying for my manicure half way through, stating that it would make it less likely that I would mess up my nails fiddling with my purse that way. *shrug* Whatevs. I did it but still think it's a little unusual.None of these things were particularly offensive to me, and had the manicure been even $2-$3 cheaper I would feel I was probably getting exactly what I paid for. The results of the manicure are perfectly adequate. But when I splurge for any kind of nail care I want to feel a bit more pampered as I consider it something of a treat for myself. If you are in a hurry and need a quick manicure, this place is fine. If you want to feel pampered, you might look elsewhere.

I am visiting family in las Cruces and decided to pop in to get manicure. The elderly woman was extremely rough and she was rude. I asked for a pair of foam sandals to walk over to the dryer and she pointed to the dirty carpet and told me to go to the dryer . I was really grossed out. I couldn't stand another minute there so I left with wet nails. We asked for a receipt and she scribbled a note on a blank paper. We paid cash so this is shady . Hope they pay their taxes.

"Cindy..." Rude, Rough and Unprofessional to my Elderly Mom who suffers from Alzheimer's and had Shoulder Surgery two weeks ago. PLEASE READ TILL THE ENDOn Wednesday February 20, 2019 we drove my 66 year old Mom from Silver City to Las Cruces to get her nails filled because she loves the color she had done there about a month prior. This is a 113 mile drive and about an hour and fifty minuets from their home town. Cindy a young-ish woman was my Moms technician. From the very beginning Cindy was not the most welcoming. Cindy's station is in the middle row closest to the storefront window. As my Mom sat down at her station, my Mom explained to Cindy that she had just had shoulder surgery and her shoulder was sore and had limited range of motion. Cindy facial expression showed that she was obviously bothered by this stating" I guess I'm going to have to climb on the table... look I'm on the table. By that comment she meant that she had to reach a little further. I tried to pass it off as a poor attempt at being funny. Boy was I wrong... During the process my Mom kept mouthing to me that she was twisting her fingers roughly and hurting her. ( I'm sitting 3 feet away and facing my Mom the entire time) I kept a close eye to witness it for myself. Indeed she was certainly not being gentle and would make terrible eyes at my Mom. Once Cindy began polishing my Moms nails she would roughly push my Moms pinky down as it would keep going up naturally. She said " I told you to keep them down.." I did not care for her tone. Finally I said something, " Please be gentle and remind her in a kind way." It is now time to start during the gel nails. Cindy completes the left hand with the two coats alternating left to right. She stops, removes her mask, coughs in her hand and says ok now put your hand under the light. My Mom who suffers from ALZHEIMER'S was confused and put the left hand back under the light. Cindy yanks the lamp away and says aggressively "NOT THAT ONE.." My Mom says I'm confused and Cindy literally rolled her eyes and said "the other hand, I already told you it was the other hand, you don't listen." I said " please don't be rude" she said " I'm not being rude, I even got on the table because she is injured" she then says to my Mom "Your 60 seconds are up..." OH HELL NO... No one is going to speak to my poor Mom like that. My Mom stood up and said " You have been rude the entire time, to hell with you, I'm leaving."At this point I'm fuming, I said " if I can give you one tip it would be to have patience, you never know what your customer is going through. " "My Mother has ALZHEIMER'S and can be confused easily." With that, I paid for her service ($32.60) even though it wasn't a pleasant experience and her work was not bad but it wast good either. IN SAYING THAT only tip Cindy got from me was to be a kinder, gentler person.

I walked in, sat down for about 15 minutes. Got say in the chair and started my fills, sign posted $15 fills. I just got fills, no polish, but I did upgrade my acrylic to sparkles. Nails look great. The man just wiped my nails off and polished. No chance to wash before polish, them asked me to wash after the set was all done. Then it came time to pay, $32.50 he said. I am from out of state. When he asked me where I was from I should have said here. I wonder if they want to get more money from travelers. I work in the beauty business, used to own my own shop, I do nails. be When someone wants sparkles, it's only $5.00 more. I'd say that was quite the jump for sparkles.

I'm not experienced with manicures and pedicures, but went with a relative who was in town. I wanted polish on toes only but the tech kept insisting I get polish on my fingernails too. I resisted. Toenails were okay. The old woman started cutting my fingernails, something I did not want. I wanted them shaped only, but let her cut the rest because she'd already started. She started trimming snags from the cuticle and CUT me. Hope I wouldn't get an infection. She then used the sander on my nails and left all kinds of ridges. When it came time to pay, I was overcharged. My relative got the same pedicure but got French Tips on her gel manicure that cost $5 more for each hand. My bill came out $10 less and I didn't get any polish or gel at all. I will never go back!!!
