Mulligan's Spirits and Food

Outstanding Barkeep. Made me feel like I was very important.I heard other patrons calling the Lady Cedillo.Best Barkeep I have seen. I have been attending bars since Jerry Jeff Walker played at the Anthony Gap Saloon in the 70's.

This is my favorite bar. I love the pistachio drink and the blue Hawaiian drink. The pizza is amazing too and everyone knows your name if you're a regular. My man and my friends love hanging out at this bar.

Came here with my hubby and one of my good friends here in El Paso. She introduced me to the security guards and bartenders who seem extremely friendly. This place has a pool table for interactive fun, but if you aren't into playing pool they also have a dart board. The drinks are relatively cheap but made well. I also enjoy the fact that they have an outdoor patio with a TV, Incase you want to have a smoke or a breath of fresh air while you enjoy yourself here. I am certain I'll be back here again. It's located in a shopping center but usually the parking is easily accessible since the other shops close around the time this place pops.

Service sucks they won't even come and ask if you want drink I come to enjoy my self with friends not be at the bar asking for drinks when they can just come get our order keep the mood going oh well I guess I just find somewhere else where we more welcome

Nice small bar, GREAT food if you can get service. Been there 3 times and service was horrible. It wasn't full or half way full. GREAT wings!

Stopped at Mulligan's Spirits to get a bite to eat for lunch a couple weeks ago. The pizza was great. This establishment was very clean, offered both indoor and patio seating. The staff was nice. Great neighborhood bar. Check it out.

This place is garbage. The two bartenders seemed very uninterested In serving us, and when asked what premium beers they had I might as well of asked them them the quadratic equation. Once again east side you rise in failure, congrats you suck!! Avoid this place like the plague!

I love this bar! The atmosphere is dynamic, you can expect a diverse crowd which creates a great time.

Great atmosphere, good music & looks of TVs. Staff was friends. Food was ok. Lots of beer to choose from. Lots of seating & nice outdoor patio.
