Morra Moa has a fantastic vibe and wonderful service, but the food could use a bit more seasoning to really shine. I'd love to see them enhance the flavors in their dishes because I believe they have the potential to be great! We started with the chicharrones and guacamole, and I have to say, the chicharrones were absolutely delicious! Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and paired beautifully with the guacamole--definitely a highlight of the meal. However, when it came to the entrees, I was a bit disappointed. We ordered the Morra Mía parrillada, and while it had great potential, it really lacked flavor. The only way to add some zest was by piling on the grilled onions, which I found necessary to make it enjoyable. It was a letdown considering how promising it sounded on the menu.On a brighter note, the pork red pozole was amazing! Full of rich flavors and a comforting warmth, it was definitely a dish I would recommend to anyone visiting.I'd come back for the ambiance and service, but I might stick to the chicharrones and pozole next time.

My shortest visit to any restaurant. We walked in and there are 3 hostesses just standing there. Not one of them greets us, they just stand there looking at each other with blank looks. It takes a good minute or two for one of them to grab a couple of menus. Then another minute to fiddle around with the computer. She starts walking and we follow her through a bright and pretty restaurant. She looks confused as she passed empty table after empty table. We walk back past the bathrooms , past the kitchen , past more empty tables until we wonder if she is going to seat us in a walk in cooler. She pauses every now and then confused or possibly lost. By this time we were done and just had to leave. We didn't ask for a tour of the entire restaurant just a seat and a decent meal. Overstuffed but under serviced. Never again.

This was our first time in El Paso, and we had heard such good things about the food. We found Morra Mia here on Yelp and were super excited to try it. The food was delicious! Loved the Que Sube Que Baja Fish tacos. Their margaritas were also great.Loved the ambiance here. It is super lively with good music and fun decorations. Parking was easy in the lot right out front. Recommend coming here!

That's funny! We had a similar experience as Arthur who posted his review 6 days ago. We went yesterday, exact same thing! Except we were also called "pathetic" by the Customer Experience manager! We did reach out to management and he apologized and wants to make things right. I appreciate him calling us back! But @management, perhaps this needs to be addressed with staff at the Pershing location, it's no coincidence!! I live in the area, I want this place to succeed but if things continue, it won't last.

The food here is good; I enjoy getting the Arrachera Tampiqueña but have liked other entrees as well. The environment is relaxing I have even sat down and read a book while waiting for my food with no disturbances.

The ambiance was great, very lively. The food was delicious, a wonderful menu selection, and the best past is that the sweet bread is made freshly at the restaurant.

Went here with my family. Hostess seemed irritated we had children with us. Server was not interested attending our table. Bottles of water were broken with sharp glass edges. We were charged an additional plate no one ordered and server was annoyed we asked have it removed. We ordered 4 kids meals and were charged an additional $8 a drink for each child despite not having any of their drinks refilled and having them supposed to be included in the meal price. It's absurd I took the family to Cattleman's and had better service and more food for half of what I paid at Morra Mia. This used to be a great place to eat and take out of town friends . This is the second time we have had issues and unpleasant meals here . Will not be returning and don't recommend. Save your money and find a more enjoyable place to spend it.
