Montana Smoke Shop

Like people always say, if I could give this place ZERO stars I would! I have had bad experiences here before but today I decided to give this location another shot. The first thing the guy said to me was how old are you (I'm 22 and it's annoying to be asked that before I even get up to the counter) and then the guy was rude the whole time I was picking out my items. This place always leaves me unhappy and it is never a good experience.

My first time in a smoke shop in Texas! Very surprised how many awesome and beautiful products they carry. The Customer Service was great, Jonathan was so helpful. I purchased a total of 4 items, spent under $100, good deal. Very happy with my purchases. Plenty of parking & a big shop (not some hole in the wall). Thanks again Jonathan for amazing service.

Maybe if these guys weren't so busy jerking each other off, they could actually get to the phone when being called and help oh I don't know, MAKE SALES.

Tried to return a defective battery tonight but employee was not helpful, the manager she called "did not approve the exchange". I will not be back here again and discourage you from going here if you are coming in from out of town.
