This muffler business helped me out in a pinch! They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced! Thank you so much! it was like I was a long time customer on my first visit! so nice to know that there are still businesses and owners that care about workmanship and customer service! Thank you Montana Mufflers! I will have a safe trip back to Colorado because of your care and work!

3/21/2024 i brought my car to be serviced and i had to leave the vehicle here. the owner Frank, was supposed to drop me off at home because i didn't have a vehicle. I spent 7 hours waiting on him to drop me off. the mechanic in the back named TONY sexually harassed me. he asked me to suck his dick for $60. he asked me again and offered me $30. i grabbed my keys and drove home without any repairs to my vehicle. i will be reporting this incident to the el paso police department. somebody should shut this place down. i cant believe these assholes are still in business.

Shop removed factory muffler and also back resonator. Installed new super 10 muffler, straight pipe with black tip. Really good work. Truck sounds great!!

Really awful service. Had to go back twice after an oil change for them to get the light to go off. They used the wrong kind of oil in my brand new car. They also overcharged me and were super rude. Cursing in front of women is awful, but cursing in front of women and kids is worse. These guys don't know what they're doing either, and it shows. I felt like I was ten again, watching my dad trying to build a doghouse he clearly had no idea how to construct. It's really quite frightening to know that these people work on cars. They're not very abashed or shy at all about showing that they have no idea what they are doing. They will whack stuff with hammers at random and laugh about it in front of the general public. I overheard one guy tell another guy in Spanish to "just throw some oil on it and they won't know the difference". Um. Wow. Beware, I mean it. Scary stuff. Would not trust them ever again to even wash my windows. Don't let them touch a car you put your family in. This is a ridiculous place that is in dire need of management personnel to sort out the dudes they have working here. The brother-sister duo who currently run the place are not in any kind of control whatsoever and allow chaos.

Great people they fixed my brakes and rotors for $300!! Will be back! Also not far from me

I called Montana Mufflers to see if they could help me with my Car regarding some struts after Firestone quoted me a ridiculously high estimate.I spoke to a gentleman named David who advised me that if I purchased the struts myself, that they would be alot cheaper than having them installed by any shop. I purchased the struts and they installed them for me and they did a beautiful job on my wife's car. Also, they aligned the car as well for a fraction of what Firestone was asking, long story short, I was extremely pleased with the service at Montana Mufflers. I realize that sometimes there are mixed reviews for services, but my review is what i experienced and I do recommend this shop highly.

This shop is rip off they charged a lot to much! Do not go here, And plus they take forever to fix your stuff and not quality at all

PLEASE READ: found this el paso police department incident card hidden under my passenger seat and the date goes back to early 2020 when i got my muffler delete on my mustang gt at this shop. so for 2 years i have had NO clue that these guys took my car for a joy ride, beat it up & got into an accident. anyone thinking of going to this place please STAY AWAY OR WAIT and WATCH THEM work on your car ESPECIALLY if it is a sporty expensive car. would definitely pull up on that old man right now and whoop his @$$ but i no longer live in texas or anywhere near el paso. these people do not respect your car and WILL take advantage if you are not around!!

Small shop but great professional service. Took my Hellcat in to have it's mufflers deleted and was allowed to watch the whole process. They even let you pull your own car up on the lift. Employees were friendly and do quality work. Will be back for any later modifications. Really good to know these guys have the most experience modifying or fixing normal and high performance cars.

Awesome work with both vehicles. The exhaust tips are perfectly aligned and the cars sound great now.
