Most excellent grass fed beef from UofA! Great Burger food truck that you will have to find at their Facebook page. All burgers with fries that you can upgrade. Burgers tastes great and have soft bun and fresh lettuce tomato and onion. Fries are strong and with plenty of salt and fresh ground pepper.Other sandwiches and chips and onion rings available with canned drinks. Most items locally grown. Molecular Munchies is hella good! They come out to our subdivision's food truck roundup sometimes, so we decided to give them a try. The hubs and I got their truck burger and our daughter ordered a chicken sandwich. She's a very picky eater but she loved her sandwich. The truck burgers were exceptional. The beef was cooked to perfection, the garlic aioli so yummy, the veg toppings fresh, the cheese selection great (I got brie on mine) and the bun sooo good. We also got fries with our sandwiches and they were also really good, served with tasty gnar sauce. We will definitely be seeking out this food truck again!

Seriously so amazing!! Followed them on Instagram before I even moved to Tucson and kept waiting to try them! Popped up today down the street from where I was and knew I had to go! Got the Smokey and the Bacon and the Munchie of the Day which was fried artichokes today. So worth the wait, couldn't possibly say enough about how good this food was. Will definitely keep following them around town tasting everything on the menu!! Try them out if you can, you won't be disappointed!!

So glad I could finally catch them at Caps and Corks today - the Smokey and the Bacon burger paired with the amazing Fungus Among Us as a side were to die for! Perfectly cooked, seasoned and sauces just made it even more amazing (and of course I had just the beer to go with it). I was doing homework inside and this really fueled me up right!

They made THE BEST veggie burger I've ever had! My husband had the pesto chicken and also loved it. Probably the best food truck I've had in Tucson!

This place is THE BEST BURGERS IN TOWN! The burgers are so juicy!!! The people are so awesome, and so friendly! We come to hop shop and wish they had good food trucks...and this one is the best!!! I had the chicken sandwich and it was so good. The fries were perfectly crispy and best flavor. Keep it up you guys!!!!

Had this at an event at tap and bottle downtown and it was the best burger I've had in Tucson. So good! Highly recommend. The guy working was super fun and told us all about their food too.

I've seen this truck downtown a lot but haven't tried anything until now!..Parked outside one of our favorite breweries Button Brew House..We ordered the Steak Bites with fries with gnar sauce..They Sous-vide the steak making it so tender and then they smother it with Mushroom Gruyere!.It was so incredibly good!!..Paired perfectly with my Button IPA..Can't wait to try the burgers next time!

All other reviews are correct! 5 stars all the way! Grilled chicken/Brie burger with the most amazing red onion - onion rings! Also the sriracha burger with grilled scallions! Now at Borderlands tonight! Perfect Beer with Perfect food truck! Yum!
