Mingo's Burritos

Terrific food & great service. This is a "build your own burrito" kind of spot... The servers actually build the burrito, BUT you create it from the fresh ingredients displayed. Similar to building a Subway sandwich, but WAY better in burrito form...The burritos are small, so if you're hungry, consider creating two or three variations with your favorite ingredients. No one will look at you crazy for ordering more than one burrito. Provecho!!!

Just okay burritos we had here. They have a drive through with helps a lot. Great service nice and easy pick up

True Mexican cuisine. I don't think I have tasted better Burritos. Coming from Southern California, I found the prices very affordable. I didn't get the server's name, but the service was perfect. Very convenient from the interstate and plenty of available parking.

My buddy and I stopped in here while driving back to Washington from Alabama. Being alabama, there wasn't a lot of places to get quality Mexican food. So I was definitely craving the food stuff. And mingo's had it. Basically a Mexican subway, but wayyyy better than chipotle. Authentic Mexican food. Build your own burrito, or put together a plate. The food is delicious the staff are super nice. Great place! Great food!

We stopped by Mingos on the way back from Big Bend National Park. The two ladies working here were so friendly and greeted our hungry party with very affordable burritos and breakfast plates. The barbocoa was out of this world, so flavorful. I had the eggs, potatoes; and two meats. I love this type of business on a road trip, proving that you don't need to spend a lot to get a lot of good food.Thanks Mingos!

We came when restaurants only offer take-out, but luckily they have a drive through window which was extremely convenient. This place serves $3 burritos, they are relatively small but absolutely delicious! They were more like oversized tacos than anything since it wasn't really wrapped, just folded a few times. Best food I had on the road trip to Big Bend National Park.

Burritos were made infront of us and the value for your money was there. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms .

YAY for a great breakfast while traveling on the road!We were heading west out of town and needed to get breakfast quickly.Fort Stockton RV Park had Mingo's advertising in their park map.Mingo's is great! The staff was helpful and the restaurant is CLEAN.Locals were in line ahead of me getting their breakfast and it was easy pickings to put your burrito selection together.HouseMade tortillas by women who know what they are doing, mmm-kay?They also have a drive-up window!Parking lot is large enough for a big motorhome or bumper-pull camper to maneuver around.Don't miss this place.Great food.
