Military Clothing Sales

So this is MCAS - Military Clothing and Sales It's sort of a clothing store (hence the name), but it's on base, and exclusively retails military clothing items. From duty uniforms, to dress uniforms, fitness uniforms to all the medals and ranks and such you wear on each uniform. They also sell a decent amount of "gear". Like, assault packs, eye protection, shoes and boots. They sell books too, all military advancement and Leadership related There is a limited amount of "civilian" type clothes and workout attire. Underarmour and brands similar, usually with Army or specific unit related text on them. If you need Army uniform stuff, this is literally the only place you go. Sort of a necessary evil lol

I bought an item on 1 Dec 2019 to later find out it was the wrong crest for my uniform, with the Holidays and all I had not had time to go exchange it. Today I went in the store to exchange, the cashier quickly and happily informed me she would not allow me to exchange the item because my receipt was from 2019. I had the crest intact, brand new with the receipt, even the bag, she said no, no, no and said there was nothing she could do. I guess what was most frustrating was her attitude telling me this than the "rule." Major costumer service fail!

The worst customer service ever!!!! Just went to the store to get some things for my husband training before I went to work. The cashier name Ashley rang us up, she look like she had an off day. Even though you had an off day don't bring it to me, I didn't do anything to you. She gave a really bad attitude and threw the items in my bag aggressively and I did chuckle to hold my self back from saying anything to her, so I won't bring in more conflict. And we ask her if the had super glue and she said no with attitude and found out they did have super glue. But all in all don't bring bad attitude to me for something that happen with you.

Get here early because it gets packed here. Lines long as the eyes could see! The good thing is the staff actually makes an effort to get the lines down. They understand that soldiers don't have time to shop as it is, but especially no time to wait in long lines​.
