best coffee in town! I've never had a better iced oat milk latte, and she also offers amazing flavors. she is also huge on community and has helped us at Cruces Cool Cats :)

Felt a bit "cat fished" as I wanted one of their delicious-looking pan dulces you see on their Yelp page with a nice cup of coffee, but they don't have those on a regular basis; so beware! This is not a brick and mortar coffee shop, but an adorable parked train container. Seating is limited. This is more of a pick up and go. Service was friendly and helpful. I ordered their iced lavender latte and it was super flavorful with every bit of lavender goodness! It was super sweet and I only wished I remembered to ask for it for half sweet (because I'm not keen on super sweet drinks!) Unfortunately, my iced cup didn't have the adorable MIJA stamp or sticker on it, but I still snapped an adorable photo, nonetheless. It was served with the most adorable pink heart-shaped straw! I also loved how they have a fresh water station in a beautiful glass container! I would definitely come back!

This is a great coffee truck we tried in Las Cruces! They do a great iced marzipan latte and even do breakfast bagels. They accept Apple Pay and debit at point of sale and have great cups with cool straw designs. Highly reccomend!

Came to visit this spot from El Paso. This place is awesome. The service, the drinks, the aesthetic ( giving SoCal vibes). Worth the drive !

Have gone here two days in a row for delicious coffee and treats! They are so kind, attentive, and their truck is so cute. My husband and I have tried their vanilla latte and Aztec mocha! Both are so delicious. I also had their ham and Swiss croissant which was so soft and bigger than my hand! I look forward to coming here whenever I visit!

First of all the Lox and bagels were so delicious! The food truck was very clean and welcoming! The mother daughter duo were friendly and extremely helpful!I drink my coffee black and was very glad they had a delicious black coffee! I'm going back!!! Soon!!

I wasn't able to try.. couldn't find the truck on a Saturday morning. Went to 700 north main like FB said. I would love to try though!
