When i was looking for Insurance policy, i was able to get ahold of them and they would even call back to follow up. Once enrolled we bought a new vehicle and needed to make changes to the policy and never got a hold of nobody. I had to go online and update policy on my own. Price eventually went up and called to cancel. Well to make a long story short, they didn't end up canceling the policy so i was charged two month later and now im struggling to get money back that shouldn't of been taken out of my bank account. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. There has been a mess up on my billing since Feb 2023. I've been billed different amounts every month. I emailed Jessica for an explanation of my bill, and I got no answer. I walked into the office about two weeks ago to get an explanation, they did not even understand the billing, I was told to wait a couple of days and I would get a call. It's been two weeks and I still have not heard back from them. I've emailed Miguel to cancel my life insurance and never get an answer. I called this morning and I got no answer. Take your business somewhere else, this agency is a joke.
