Great food, friendly service. Great at giving refill of the drink and chips. They have great lunch special on certain day of the weekdays with the drink. The food is one of the best Mexican food that we have at this trip around nm and tx. We also got a small free ice cream cup and a dog treat that my dog loves!! Thank you for letting us take our dog in. They are also closer to the love travel stop.

I was seated fast. The service is good, and they definitely have a locals scene going on with the old women, and a couple of old guys. The dining room could double as a waiting room with the wall to wall plain beige low pile carpet It's a cozy dining room with plenty of seating close to your neighbors. I ordered the nachos with ground beef, beans, jalapeños and cheese. The waitress said to be careful of the plate because it was hot. That was the only part that was hot. I was a clump of blandness. All of the good stuff was stuck to the bottom of the plate, and the center was warm at best. The lettuce and whatever else was on top. Nothing like pulling cold beans and cheese apart. I dumped the entire cup of salsa on it and it didn't help because it had zero heat, and tasted like tomatoes only, probably because of the old people I'm sure. I cut my losses, paid, and left disappointed. At least they were nice. It should be called Mi Gossip Circle

Had a great meal and the lady who ran the joint was super sweet and attentive! Great lemonade and chips and salsa with the meal. I would go back anytime I'm in the area!

if you want genuine Southwestern style Mexican food, look no further. Masita is your stop. It is worth a detour into Fort Stockton if you were driving on I 10. We plan our trips so we get there around noon but they're open in the evenings as well Wednesday through Friday. At noon and evenings. Adonna Abby and their mom and this young sweet gringo server are just amazing. They work as a team to provide you the most delicious food with prompt service available on the planet. Don't trust what I'm saying. Check it out for yourself. tell them I sent you. I just finished my chili Riano's and Pat just finished her border burrito. Both were absolutely perfect as always. Check out the photos and see what you see. Pictures don't convey the wonderful flavors that you will enjoy there. You may have to ask for another bottle of salsa shoot I can almost eat it with a spoon I mean I could but I choose not to do that.best wishes and happy eating. I need to have a picture

Great service, great food. Had the Cheese enchiladas and they were yummy. Love coming here when on our way back from Big Bend. Always look forward to eating at Mi Casita.

Very fast service and the food was awesome. Warm, thin chips with salsa that was spicy but not too spicy. Chicken enchilada was moist and tasty. Husband had chili poblano that he inhaled plus an extra taco that was loaded with beef. Beans and rice were well seasoned. We wanted to lock the plates clean. Sweet tea was not too sweet and hubby's Arnold palmer was great. This is a great stop. We did have the small plates and they were good amount.

Wonderful Mexican while passing thru Fort Stockton on way between El Paso and San Antonio! Salsa had just the right amount of kick. Basic menu with top end taste, made with love. Go with the green sauce for extra flavor to accentuate the entree. Definitely worth the stop for a sitdown lunch. Just Beware of the schedule for lunch and dinner hours.

Ignoring customers won't get you any repeat business. Reported in, told her there were 2 of us, and was told - curtly - to wait in the dark room inside the doorway. And we waited. And waited. She walked by us twice, no comment either time. We felt ignored. Checking the restaurant - there are many empty tables. We wait a bit more. It's pushing 10 minutes. We could easily have been seated when we walked in. As a waitress and manager - many years in restaurant service, there is NO excuse for not seating us as we arrived. It was not busy. We certainly would have felt more welcome. An acknowledgement of our presence would have also been nice.

Great service, food and just such nice people! Never ending chops and salsa and a perfect bite of lime sherbet included for dessert.
