Love love!!! Definitely one of our new favorite taco spots! We accidently stumbled upon it which turned into quite our luck! Its hard to find shrimp tacos as an option around here and boy did they make em right! My husband stays true to his bistec tacos and he was impressed by them! The only problem was some of the meats pieces were on the dry, overly seasoned or even burned side but he was still thoroughly enjoyed them. You also get a baked potatoe with your orders which is still new to us. We had no idea how to eat it without trying to just mash up the inside with the butter they add to it and maybe some onions. It was off zaragoza in a lil food truck business complex, really easy to miss but they have lights encircling the area so you can spot the place out still. There are a handful of bench tables you can use but tonight was so cold, we stayed in our car! And the guys were kind enough to even walk our order to our car! Super nice of them! Loved how they have a lil salsa bar too for red n green salsa, guac, onions n cilantro, lime cuts. It was all delicious! We shall return!

Went to the food truck park down on Zaragoza and based on the reviews I decided to give this place a shot. Bad idea.... I had the Al Pastor Tacos and my son had the Bistec Tacos. Sorry but they were disgusting to say the least. I don't know who is writing these reviews but this place is so not 5 star worthy. I wouldn't even give it 2 stars for that matter. Let's start off with the tortillas, they are the store bought ones and apparently not the good kind. So bad in fact that my 9 year old who loves Tacos decided to throw them out and only eat the meat. I tasted one of his carne asada Tacos and not only were they extremely salty but they had a sweet flavor which I could not distinguish for the life of me. Maybe they put all the salt on his Tacos and skipped out on mine because they were basically flavorless. My Tacos Al Pastor had grilled onions and bell peppers on top which totally threw me off. They are supposed to have pineapple on top, I think all of us are aware of that. The meat was tough and hard. And even as I added some more toppings, salsa, lime, and salt thinking it would add flavor it didn't. Needless to say I didn't finish them and neither did my son. Won't be back to this place....

So to be clear, I did not physically go to this location, but had some of their food! It was soooooooo good! Very authentic and filling. Family ordered three different dinners, two of them LOVED it, the other said his was good but not the best he's had.

I'm sure the owner of this food truck knows me too well by now. I go to these food trucks once or twice a week just to go to MexiGrill. Pastor tacos.. My god. Hits the spot every time. And their open salsa mini bar which is even more amazing. Love the service, hospitality and attitude of the owner. Tacos is life.

Yummy! We had the hamburger and a torta de bistec. Bread was nice n soft... Enjoyed the salsa bar. Pass on the fries - they were hard and dry, like fries left out overnight. They take card though
