I have been taking my little girl Sydney there for a while. They have a groomer by the name of Alex, and I have to say he delivers what he promises. My little girl and I are dependent upon each other and today she was shaking because I was leaving her to be cleaned up. She is my service girl and I was starting to have a bout with severe anxiety and panic in the form of extreme dizziness. Once she was back in my possession things started clearing up. I don't board my dog, so this is a review only about grooming. I don't have a dog that needs a special cut, so it's really only about a bath and toenails. And for that this is a 5 star joint.This place is exactly what I need. 1. Friendly staff2. Quick service 3. Dog left happy and his coat was soft and smelled greatI actually set up my appointment with the owner on Yelp and the staff when I walked in knew nothing of that exchange! But they fit him in and I picked him up in about an hour.I will update this review as we continue to need baths and appointments. I understand the groomer isn't there all day most days and this might be tricky.

We have been visiting MVPR for 2 months now as they are generously allowing Action Programs for Animals to use their gym for the new dog training classes. While I haven't seen all of the facility, I can say the gym play area is great. Huge open space with entire floor covered in padding. Well lit and ventilated, the gym has an exit to access a small fenced area for biological needs .They are very nice to allow APA the use of their gym for dog training.

So far we are very happy with this business. After several grooming appointments at another place in town that began declining in the quality and care our dog received we tried Mesilla and really like the way the cared and groomed our dog. I do wish they had more appointments.

Great place for grooming! My dog left happy, tail wagging, and not distressed. They were quick, reasonable price for the great service (ears, teeth cleaned, bath, nail trim, and gland expression), and got me a same day appointment on a Saturday!

The customer service was so sweet and helpful. The self bath station was cleaned after every use. I took my three dogs there, two self baths and one bath and haircut, and my dogs hair after his haircut was perfect.

THERE are so many reviews on dog boarding, my review is on my CAT boading. I have a resuce cat who was abused and was concerned about boading, the staff was so respectful of her issues. They have what is called the BIG ROOM ,which is a private room and no locked cage and its just for your cat. Cat Groomer comes in 3 days a week ,she was very gentle and didn't push MADDIE when she became uncomfortable with the clippers. Also one has the option of play time with other cats, Maddie was matched to a another cat , who was prefect match. One brings there own food ,which really cut out tummy issue. Any time i texted ,i all ways felt welcoming with how she was doing.I have used other boading place in Las Cruces and there is no comparison to my POSTIVE VIBES. They all so a cat room ,which is also used for boading with purple cages ,littler boxes and bed and a cat tree. Price per is very reasonable per day ,with a very CARING stafg

We have boarded our dogs here on and off for years. The pros: indoor and climate controlled. Cons: a early "check out" time (12pm) or else charged for another full day of boarding. It is stressful trying to get back before noon so we are not charged $50 more. We've been charged the full fee for arriving 30 min later than the check out time. I'd be happier with an updated policy about that. Even a prorated fee for later checkouts or a portion of the boarding fee for later checkouts. We've asked to have our dogs added to daycare to find a way to make it work but were told this is not possible. When our other boarding options are not available will feel okay leaving our dogs here but this is not our first choice in LC.
