We dropped off our car on Tuesday, and the service manager told us that they were soooo busy, it could take 3-4 weeks before we could have our car returned! Well, low and behold, we are here after TWO DAYS, to pick up our car! We live this place. They always take care of our car, and offer the best dealership service in the southwest!

I don't know how this car dealership is still operating. The service department is a joke. They say they open at 7:30 AM I was calling for about an hour and a woman finally answered the phone with attitude from the pits of hell. We the consumers are what keep y'all running. Don't they get that? I was very nice while not receiving the same in return. Need less to say I canceled my appointment and will no longer be getting my are serviced here.

Stop Don't buy from this horrible El Paso Car Dealership. Mercedes-Benz of El Paso also known as Hoy Family Auto located at 1122 Airway Blvd El Paso, Texas 79925. You will be making a HUGE mistake that you will be forced to live with for 5-6 YEARS. This is a WARNING sign for anyone considering to buy from Mercedes-Benz of El Paso also know as Hoy Family Auto. So we were excited to buy our first Mercedes and didn't shop around to compare prices The sales guy was decent but had no interest in helping us with pricing, which we expected. The price was around 65k plus options that went up to 75k plus junk fees and unwanted services that was over priced for maximum profits which ended up to be like 80k plus Sales guy says he can't do anything about price so we either take it or leave it Wife looked excited and I took it. We fell in love with the looks of the Mercedes. Then they called us for a recall if we can take it in. We took it in and it got fixed in a few days. Then months later we were driving back home from a vacation and the Mercedes' motor gave out we were in shock. We only had it for a year and a few months. They said it was another manufacture defect and would replace motor. It took several weeks with no loaner They love to say that they are two weeks behind on loaning out cars we heard this several times. Weeks later we go to pickup Mercedes and they tell us they rebuilt our motor and said here is your like new motor with new gaskets . We were disappointed and felt like a nightmare. We paid 80+ for a rebuilt motor in less than a year and a half. We didn't sign anything and walked out disappointed They didn't help us at all, there service department practically told us to bad so sad . As soon as we left our car smelled like a chemical and burnt crayons . We called and they said no it doesn't smell at all. Practically told us we were crazy. They also tell us we cannot duplicate at this moment as a way to avoid responsibility, this smell may be harmful to my kids and wife . I get it, we need the car and are forced to put miles, warranty expires soon. A few days later the Mercedes motor stared vibrating and shaking, loud tapping sounds, high idling and the problems keep coming... We have taken the vehicle back multiple times and they say it's completely normal . Mercedes-Benz of El Paso Keeps dodging and misleading us They are not taking care of there customers leaving us high and dry . The car is under warranty but they have no interest in fixing the vehicle We also caught them writing false customer concerns on the invoice, thank god I read everything . All the notes were manipulated to there benefit We told them it had a tapping noise at the motor while accelerating at operating temperatures. They put customer's concern was tapping noise at a cold start That was false. I do know that all new cars have a ticking noice at cold start due to the high idling. Be careful this is only (one) example of there poor behavior. After taking car back multiple times 4 months later they have not fixed any issues . We got smart and took it in at the sales department to see what they would say without service department knowing and they agreed about the chemical smell and they offered us 35k for the condition of the vehicle . 80k PURCHASE PRICE - 35k CONDITION OF VEHICLE PRICE = 45k LOSS Next day we notified El Paso Mercedes service department and told them what sales department said. Two hours later Mercedes wrote to us saying sales department couldn't say at this time about any issues or smells at the moment It's all a big headache this is only half of our horrible experience at Mercedes-Benz of El Paso also known as Hoy Family Auto located at 1122 Airway Blvd El Paso, Texas 79925. Yes I said HALF of our BAD experience. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF time, energy, money and stress and take a small cruise to the next Mercedes Dealer that is 10 times bigger and better. On a road trip across the USA my 2006 MB Airstream Sprinter had the engine warning light come on. I drove in early Saturday morning hoping that they could take a look to see what the problem was. Even though there were no Sprinter repairmen (on Saturdays), Jeffery had one of the other mechanics take a look. It was only an oxygen sensor so I could continue the remaining 12000 miles of my journey. Cost = $0!! Great service, friendly people, class act all around.

This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I needed service for my Mercedes, and the individual who was supposed to assist me, was rude and condescending. She insulted me and argued with me. The cashier even argued with me. There was not, a reason for them to have treated me so rudely, and they made me feel like a second class citizen. Do not ever use the service center at this dealership, and I would never buy a vehicle from them either. It was absolutely disgusting!

I recently brought my Mercedes to Hoy Fox. I am a newbie customer as I recently relocated from Dallas to El Paso. Kudos to Loni for keeping me informed- but the customer service was less than impressive. I went to pick up my car- paid at the cashier- no one came out to meet me and discuss my vehicle- but the worst part- was I was handed my key and told to go find my car myself. So basically wander around in the 100 degree heat in a parking lot to retrieve my car that I had just paid 1400.00 for repair. Contrast that to the Charlie Nissan dealership on the West side where my husband had work done last week- where the service writer came out to see us, had our clean car brought up ( incidentally she had cleaned it inside and out), and told us if we had any issues-to please let her know. One would expect much more personalized service. Very disappointed.
