I hired McGraw to represent me in suing my insurance company regarding a traffic accident with serious injuries. The arbitration was held in Tucson because the accident occured in AZ. She was going to sue USAA in NM because that is my home and where I contracted for USAA to insure me. The matter was a suit for bad faith and she wanted to attend the meeting so I paid for her, her husband and their baby to come to Tucson and stay in a nice place. After the Arbitration she backed out but I wound up paying her around $1,200.I wouldn't have her represent me in the matter of an overdue parking ticket.
