A compounding pharmacy is so important to our health care and this is one of the few left. These means they mix and prepare medicines for you as prescribed by your doctor. I have never had a problem with the timeframe it took to fill my prescription or how much things were. They are also very throughly and the pharmacist takes their time to go through all the details and questions you may haveThis is a locally owned pharmacy. I was in and out in 10 minutes with my filled prescription

Prejudiced against patients with certain medical conditions. Sandra made me come in only to tell me they wouldn't transfer my prescriptions even though I had my insurance information. Complete waste of time. They should just say, "We won't get your meds, we stigmatize here!".

As a locally owned and operated small Pharmacy, their attention to detail and customer service is without equal in the city. There is often a small weight to speak with a pharmacist or complete your purchase, but I also know that the staff is incredibly conscientious about maintaining the Safety and Security of the patients who use the pharmacy. I was prescribed a specific compounded medication that I could not get anywhere McCrory's was able to fill that request for only 30% of what I would have had to pay to have it filled out of state and shipped here. They also carry a nice selection of other Medical supplies and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. No I do not have cause to go there often, I believe in the service they provide and in their dedication to customer satisfaction.

The first thing that set me off about this pharmacy was that there is no greeting upon entry to the store. No one says, "Hello, welcome to McCrory's, we'll be with you in a minute." Nothing like that. In fact, you will be ignored until you can make eye contact with someone who happens to walk by.My experiences there--there have been 3--have roused me to never come back. Like, ever. I dropped off a Rx on Monday that needed to be ordered. I was told it would be in the next day and I would receive a phone call. I made sure to give 2 phone numbers because I cannot go without this medication. No phone calls by Thursday and I show up for this ensuing fiasco:Yesterday's visit (Thursday) It took them 3 tries to get my insurance on file. They have had it in the system since February, but act as if I had no insurance and would have to pay out-of-network prices. Yesterday I came in for a medication refill that I had filled--by them, mind you--last month. They quoted me a price of over $300. I said that this was unreasonable because last month it was only $60. I gave them my insurance information on a piece of paper because I thought that maybe there was a mix-up in their system (which happens often, according to the store manager).Sidenote: Their outdated computer system does not take debit transactions so your payments could take weeks to process with your bank account. Finally, I spoke with a manager who explained to me that there was an error with their system, and it would now only cost $265. I became quite irritated because I knew that this was another lie, and told them that I would be taking my business to the neighborhood Wal-Mart where the staff will speak with you and not treat you as if you were a bill-fold with legs. Now this was quite an unpleasant thing to have to do because now I am rushing back and forth around town to fill a medication that should have been handled on Tuesday. After speaking with the staff at the Wal-Mart pharmacy, who were kind and pleasant to work with, I learned that McCrory's was refusing to transfer my prescription because, "It had already been filled." So now I had to go back to McCrory's to cancel the order and tell them once again, in person, that I want it transferred to Wal-Mart. When I got back to McCrory's, I saw that my insurance information was still sitting on the counter--where any customer with a pair of working eyes could see it, take the paper, or at the very least copy my information. The manager was apologetic once again, yet offered no help with solutions to any of the previously mentioned problems: not allowing debit, insurance not being stored correctly, inaccurate price quotes, and abhorrent customer service. I left for the last time. Never once having heard anything like, "Thank you for shopping with us," or "Have a nice day!" Needless to say, if this business was your neighbor, they would be the old couple yelling at the kids to, "Stay off of my lawn!"These people are snakes, and do not deserve your business. They claim to be a "Neighborhood Pharmacy," but do not care about you. What they really want are huge profits. Their in-store items are marked up so heavily it would be laughable, except that some people actually need those items. I mean, $2.75 for a half ounce tube of hand sanitizer is a joke, right?Do yourself a favor and find a pharmacy with a competent staff who will treat you with respect and decency.

This is a good pharmacy. They are very nice and kind. They have a fast service, the only problem is that they are very small which means to pick up from drive thru it takes forever sometimes

thought I'd get individual service wrong !. Might as well go to Walgreens it is closer there I can expect no customer service. The person there when I picked up my Rx did not care to listen to my questions, just wanted me out.

Horrible customer service. Sat waiting for more than two hours waiting for prescription. I personally told them I could call the insurance to speed things up,but of course pharmacist knows it all. Only reason I waited was because I couldn't find any other pharmacy that was caring the meds I need. Horrible service STAY AWAY!!

Mccorys sucks big time its run by a bunch of idiots who made a big deal about compounding a rx that was 36 dollars with out a credit card on file this isnt told to me until i go to pick up the rx that was called in the day before that i called to find out the status of and was told it would be ready the next morning. The need of a credit card before the rx was made should of been discussed when i called in the previous day not the following day when i go to pick it up this is medication and is important the way they went about dealing with my medication is disgraceful and i will never let anyone i now use them ever. Mccorys you blow big time.
