I knew what I needed coming in. Victor was extremely helpful, giving me several options within my budget and desired product, allowing me time and space to reach a decision for myself. He was very friendly, professional and personable. I appreciated that he was not pushy like some sales people can be. The facility is very clean, smells good and I was satisfied with the product I purchased and the delivery time.

Perfect. After several stops at other stores where I felt either pressured or ignored, victor was a breath of fresh air. Got a good deal and just what I needed. Great delivery too.

We had a need for next day turnaround on a bed and mattress set. After some initial confusion on the timing, Robert found the right furniture and arranged an evening delivery to get a bed for our aging parent. The crew showed up and set up the bed in no time. Thanks for the responsiveness!

Store Manager Victor provided excellent service, the price was unbeatable for a brand-new, high-end mattress (by $1,000) and the delivery crew were wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Don't buy used beds from this place they lie about return policy's and the bed I bought is bad on my back and neck didn't let me return

I've been to this location 3 times and each has been wonderful! Upon moving to my first apartment (the day that I moved to Las Cruces) a salesman was very helpful in helping me find the right mattress, gave me a discount so that I could afford it comfortably, and even gave me same day delivery. Last week I went in to buy a sheet set and the woman was very helpful and had them delivered to the store from El Paso so I didn't have to go out of my way, then when I went to pick up the sheets yesterday the salesman was busy helping a couple buy a mattress and knew it would take a while so he gave the set to me for free so that I wouldn't have to wait.If you're in the market for a mattress I highly recommend this place, they are very affordable and the staff is extremely nice!

Mattress Liquidators dont stand by their products even after one day return. I would never go with them again
