Stay away. Very sketchy. Check out their Better Business rating. General Manager is the worst and does not understand concept of customer service and that he is responsible for the actions of HIS employees. Sold a defective mattress and does not honor the 100 day exchange.

As I work long hours, I needed to upgrade my mattress because of bad back issues. I went to Mattress liquidators to see specifically about a therapeutic bed when the managing partner of all 19 stores named Robert told me that posturepedic was the best recommended. Boy do I wish I took my money elsewhere, as from the moment I walked in was provided with wrong information as far as being able to make returns and was guaranteed 100% satisfaction which could not be farther from the truth. I made the choice to make the investment as I truly needed the bed, as Robert had made the deal almost impossible to refuse. Believing I was in good hands, I trusted him and was expecting for him to be a man of his word, which he proved not to be, as from the moment they dropped off the bed and bed frame was a horrible experience. As you can see from the picture, there is no bed frame and just a headboard resting on the wall which is what we were told how they have to leave it, as if they assembled it would have the headboard offset and crooked as it wasn't compatible as well as the remainder of the bed frame missing. As getting a new bed is a big investment, knowing I previously had a bedroom set and wouldn't be able to use the bed frame was a loss I was willing to take as Robert had ensured me it would look amazing which it did not. From the moment the employees dropped off the bed, we tried contacting Robert or the store to get a refund which we were promised and there was no answer until I called another store which they said they were going to be in contact with management and would get back to me, which they never did, until I went in to another location , and was told they spoke to management and just shrugged their shoulders, not offering any helpful information to help solve this. As I grew frustrated being left with not knowing I could sleep in the bed waiting for a response and was left without a bed. I went again to the Sunland location and spoke with Robert as he pretended he had no clue as to what was going on. I asked him to get the adjustable bed picked up and he said no cancellations. I requested a copy of my signature stating I agreed to the terms and he couldn't produce it. He then said he would call corporate to see if they could make an exception, never returned my calls, I reached out to a fb friend who had him as a friend to see if he could help, was told he would call me back and never did. I was taken advantage of and will let everyone know how this man and his franchise works. You have been warned stay far away from their stores. Yes I will take him to small claims court and I'm 100% certain with the video and pictures I have of this non completed bed will be in my favor.
