Master Lube

Abraham and his guys are awesome. Great prices and great work. I go here for all my oil changes and tire rotations. Most important, Abraham and his crew are very honest. I went in once because my truck's brakes were squeaking. Abraham said the brakes were just dirty and didn't need to be replaced. He could have told me otherwise and I would never have known. I have friends that have had similar experiences here. I won't go anywhere else. Abraham is my guy.

The customer service here is amazing! Abraham is super kind & he makes sure you leave with your car in excellent shape! This is the only place I ever want to take my car.

Not a very hospitable.I asked if they could change the light bulb in the head light because it was out. They asked which light bulb. I said "im not sure, I can turn it on so we could see". The employee proceeded to tell me that they are busy and they would need to take off the bumper and headlight to get to the bulb, seems excessive but I told them I don't mind waiting. Employee told me I need to find out exactly what light bulb needs to be changed, then come back and they will do it do it. Man, I don't know anything about cars that's why I came here. But if I have to do their job and figure things out, forget about it. I work in the hospital. I don't ask the patient to diagnose themselves. I ask for signs/symptoms, assess their clinical presentation then create some differentials. For these guys, Its like saying, tell me exactly what your diagnoses is so I can treat you. I read other reviews, they may perform well, but their customer service is sub par at most.

First time having a vehicle inspection I called a couple of places and Master Lube said their inspections took 10 minutes. It's first come first served so I drove up during my lunch break and was helped right away. Literally 10 minutes and $18.50 later I passed inspection and was able to renew online. The attendant gave me helpful advice on how to renew my registration and gave me locations where I could renew in person. He even gave me directions and whether they accepted cash or card, charged extra fees, and the turnaround time of the tabs. So helpful! I think they offer other maintenance services so I may check them out again. Thanks again!

I'd recommend Master Lube to anyone. Abe and his crew are always friendly, quick but thorough.

I needed a tire repair on my mustang and I needed in a hurry, and they got it done. Everyone was friendly and polite

They were unhelpful and seemed to be accommodating all the men while I was the only woman. Thankfully, there is another option on the Far East side of town.

I can't recommend this place. Twenty minutes prior to closing and they would not work on my car. They said they were closing. BS. An oil change takes 10 minutes. More like the manager left early and the guys in the service pit thought they could knock off early too. They weren't rude about it, I simply feel very strongly that when you post operating hours on the Internet and on the front door of your business and don't stick to your posted operating hours, then you deserve a crappy rating when a customer shows up and you shoo him off. So I drove about another mile to Mister Car Wash and Express Lube at 1482 George Dieter, where I encountered quick friendly service and got a free car wash in the bargain. No one there treated me like an inconvenience.
