Food Truck parked at the Super 8 Motel on Bataan Memorial West. Small menu, but good "homemade" food - from the paneer to the yogurt, to the butter. Some of the choices included Butter Chicken, roti, yogurt, and masala. You can order a plate with the sides listed, a bowl with the sides, or paratha with the sides. They also have plain lassi. The food was very good, though it took a while. The phone number is an El Paso #. The address listed is from El Paso. But it is not the address of a restaurant, it is the address of a "prep kitchen", which is a prep area often used by food trucks - in case you were wondering. Four out of five for a small menu, but I love that EVERYTHING is made "in house", no corner cutting. Maybe when ppl discover them and they get busier that the menu will expand? Def be back in any case.

Great place and good Indian flavors. Very convenient for the East side of town. Best to call in the order and then go to pick up.I believe the mom does most of the preparation and two daughters at different times have worked the window, very nice young women. The menu items seem to rotate. My two favorite items so far are the Karahi Paneer and Gajar Matar Subzi. My wife likes the Butter Chicken just as well as the first two, it is good but not my favorite. The Roti are good and the Aloo Paratha was very good. I hope my two favorites will continue to show up in the daily menus regularly. It took me a few visits to understand the menu options since the board in the window is a bit hard to read, but the Facebook page shows the menu offerings for each day clearly.

It's decent Indian food in LC that doesn't make you sick! The taste was great too. The ladies serving are lovely. Their rotis were amazing. My only thing is that their portion size is a little small. But they give you 3 rotis for $11 so I guess it evens out. if you order a vegetable at other places, it's usually $14 and another $3 for the rotis. My suggestion would be that they add just a little more quantity of the vegetable so it's enough to last for the 3 rotis and eliminate the yoghurt or charge extra for the yoghurt.
