Martita’s Lunch Box

I have been coming to the Lunchbox for years! They have fantastic food and service. Not only that but they have plenty of room for big rooms and even private rooms! The hours are not heats on my terms because they close very early, but it is a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. This time I had huevos rancheros with egg over easy, sausage hash browns and beans. My friend had American breakfast of eggs hash browns bacon and pancakes. Our waitress was extraordinary. Although it was busy, we got right in and out quickly and satisfied. I highly recommend Martina's Lunchbox. There is another location off Carolina, it is just as good. I've hosted parties here in the past and the staff is excellent to work with!

I have NEVER been treated more unprofessionally at a restaurant than I was treated at the lunch box. We went in and were seated and drink orders taken. the waitress took our food order and we waited patiently. the table next to us came in about 10 minutes afterwards and then promptly received their order. we noticed that they were almost finished with their order snd we had not even a single person check on us. After 40 minutes since we got there, I had to ask the cashier if we had been forgotten about. She said that she would check on our waitress. about 5 minutes later the cashier brought out our food and apologized that she could not find our waitress. Food came out lukewarm at best and did not have the modifications we requested. Mushy, not crispy tacos and NO EXTRA cheese as I asked. NEVER saw our original waitress again! We were abandoned and not handed over to another waitress.Never again!!!Waited foreverfor lukewarm crappy, food.Complained o the manager.So tired of shitty service!Screw them, they will never see us again.
