Don't get me wrong I love myself a bargain, and I enjoy shopping at stores like this because of so many name brand things at awesome prices. What I hate about these types of places though, is that it seems to be that the employees think that because you are getting a great deal their customer service skills can be, well, nonexistent. There have been 3 consecutive times at this location that I literally have had to set someone straight and put them in check. And let's talk about the retail business, last time I checked it's 90% customer service! For some reason these type of bargain retail places seem to forget that, and it makes me see blood red! So let me get started on my experiences at this particular location. The first time I almost had a full blown bipolar attack was when I realized that an hour before they close they start announcing it over the intercom over and over every 5min to be exact. Do you have any idea how annoying it is to hear the same god damn announcement that your store is closing? Last time I checked humans have brains and are not going to forget a loud ass announcement they heard 5 minutes ago. To top it off they start turning off half of the lights 30 minutes before they close, which is just rude and disrespectful! And I looked around, I was not the only one seriously aggravated! The second time I was up next to pay, and the highly unprofessional and incompetent manager decided she was going to have a full blown conversation with another employee. I mean seriously I'm not kidding, it was 3 of us waiting in line and they were both staring right at us! So apparently the employee was having an issue with another employee, and it apparently couldn't wait. We all got to stand in line and watch all the drama unfold, talk about management skills! All they were missing was the tea and biscuits. 8 minutes later once the employee was done venting to her manager and a line of customers, the manager hugged the employee they laughed and me I couldn't hold it in so I blurted OMG REALLY!!!! Then the manager proceeded with "next I'm so sorry for the wait". Lol the balls on this witch... Needless to say I gave her a piece of my mind of how unprofessional I thought she was! Today I was there at 7:45 PM and surprise surprise I was once again stuck in a line that wasn't moving anywhere, and getting longer by the second. There was about 5 people in front of me and like 4 behind me. I noticed it had been awhile and no one was moving, I looked over to the cash registers and was once again appalled. Take a wild ass guess what was going on.... once again there was one cashier actually doing her job, and none other than incompetent manager herself AGAIN having tea time with another employee. I was in such disbelief that I pushed my cart to the side of the line walked out through the cash registers, looked straight at this dumbass and said THIS IS RIDICULOUS. She finally scurried along called the next customer and told them SORRY FOR THE WAIT. I just shook my head and walked away before I lost my shit. Lucky for her I've been working on prolonging my very short fuse and patience for morons like her! But next time I don't know if she will be that lucky! Get your shit together lady, you set the example for the rest of the employees! Customers come first, you wanna chit chat and gossip like a teenager do it on your own time! You are a disgrace to what any manager should be, you could be the billboard for what not to do as a manager!

Is it weird to write a review for Marshalls? I hope not. I'm so glad I have this location so close because we all know all Marshall's aren't this good. Coming here is always a pleasant experience and this comes from someone who very much dislikes shopping in stores. Even though the store can be messy at times, it's never as bad as any Ross. Staff is always friendly, except for one employee who always has an attitude but I know who not to go with. I love Marshalls because it's kind of like a Target to me, I always walk in needing 1 thing and walk out with $300 worth of "deals."I can't feel bad about spending here. This is my go to place for anything home, workout clothes, shoes and bedding. When in need of new comforters, Marshalls is the place to go first. And usually the last. You find shoes, oh! The shoes! Always at great price. I once found some Naturalizer espadrilles that I had bought at Dillards for $90, here for $39.99, I mean it was 2 months after but still a good price. All my family has luggage from here and we all love it. We love spending $60 instead of a $100 a piece. Very good quality. The one thing I do stay away from is handbags and Ralph Lauren, only because the more prestigious brands are at a higher price here than what you would find on sale at Macy's but besides that, Marshall's you have my heart.

Waited 30 minutes in line to check out. Staff is slow and not very helpful. Heard people in line talk about leaving because the line wasn't moving.
