I have had the worst experience with this company . My husband and I bought sofa sectional and a part of the sectional / recliner's handle broke . I submitted our claim to have this sofa fix or replace. I submitted this claim in May of this year 2018 and we are almost in September 2018 and sofa is still not fix or replaced . I have their representatives shuffling me around to different people claiming the responsibility falls on someone else and no one has helped me to get this resolve . I was expecting a call yesterday from a technician and he never called . His name is mitchel . Martha that works there attempted to help me but did not follow up . This company is the worst . I will never buy anything from this company again . Due to my dissatisfaction, I will spread the word and discourage people from buying there . I will proceed and contact the better business bureau and report them .

One star only because I have to mark something to leave a review. I ordered a couch and loveseat the first week of May, paid cash and I was expecting a call in a "couple of weeks" for a delivery time. After 4 weeks, I called them only to be told that they ordered the wrong color and it'd be a couple more weeks. I then left a review on FB and someone remarked back that "due to Covid....blah, blah,blah" That would have been an accent excuse had I been told that but I didn't. I wish I would have read their reviews on FB because all of the reviews had said something negative focusing on the timeliness of their delivery. The remarks or ability to leave a review has since been removed from their FB page. I asked my salesman if I could get a refund and he replied that they would only give me a store credit. Now why would I dothat?? So now, 2 months later, I called my salesman today to see if my 2 pieces of furniture where going to be delivered soon and he said no but he'd check and call me back with an ETA and guess what?!?! He didn't call me back!!!! I'm so mad now and I'll never go back or refer anyone to them and we are military so we have alot of friends that move here and ask but there are too many other didn't stores in El Paso that I know will treat their customers better.

They have an amazing and inexpensive collection of furniture for the living room and bedrooms but the dining sets are very pricey ( great quality though) . The sales associate that I met with, Jose, was amazing! He was very nice and helpful ! If you go there you should ask for him ! They have many payment options such as layaway and lease to own . Even 90 day same as cash . I suggest going here before you go to any other furniture store

A year after my purchase of a bedroom set, one of the drawers fell apart. A drawer that is seldom used and only has about 2 pounds of files in it. I go to open it one day and it only opened less than 1/2 inch. I got a clothes hanger to remove whatever could have been blocking it. There was nothing there. After I took off the drawer above it, what was causing the drawer not to open was a brace at the bottom of the drawer fell off. I found that hard to believe seeing how I rarely use it and there was nothing heavy inside of it. As I looked closer at the construction of it , it was put together with these pin size nails, not properly in line. No warranty after one month of purchase.

We had a great experience there. The salesman, Carlos H, was great. He knew the store and took us directly to what we wanted to see. There was no up-selling from him at all and he helped us get a great deal. They treated us right.

I came to this place looking for new couches. I had found some really nice ones but they only had them in gray the ones I wanted were brown. The salesman by the name of Raul Ramos told me I can go ahead and order them and they should be in proximately about 4 weeks But just go ahead and give them a call every two weeks so I can remind him and he can let me know what's going on the couch is in total we're almost $1600 and I put half of that down and the other half I was going to pay through layaway which is four months by the way. Anyways every two weeks I would call him just to see what's going on and he never remembered who I was always had to explain to him and I would get the runaround every two weeks the first one was that they're not there the second time I called him that the shipment had arrive but they weren't on the truck and I would have to wait another month. Now I understand that Covid is going on and supplies are low and everything slow but don't try to make a sale off me and you knowing that it's gonna take longer then one month or two months and promising your customers something that you can't deliver In total it was almost 3 months waiting for nothing!! it was a hassle working with Raul Ramos I was pretty annoyed communicating with him because instead of trying to get the couches i wanted he would try to switch me to other couches that I didn't want , he would text me too and tell me "I'll send you pictures of these couches" he never ever would send me anything This guy could never stick to the things that he would say that he would do just a lot of unfulfilled promises from the salesman that didn't care about anything besides trying to make a quick buck. I have bought things here before but after this experience I don't think I'll be going there ever again I did go to another furniture store and was able to order my stuff and get it on time. The only thing that was a positive thing during this whole charade was that they gave me my money back in full which was what I was worried about because I've heard other peoples nightmare stories with this company and the way they do business. There's so unorganized and promise things that they can't do, just skip the headache go somewhere else in my opinion!

I bot a living room server from this store, paid for it in full. The furniture was not in stock so they ordered it. A month later, they delivered it with a big crack in the wood panel, after several calls to the manager that was never available they decided to send me another server with major nail defects. I rejected that item too. Now they have my money and I have no furniture. I learned my lesson, don't buy big ticket items from hole in the wall furniture stores.
