This law office is extremely overpriced. A simple uncontested divorce is 1800$. My first meeting was horrible. It was Fast and unprofessional, he came to the meeting in a T-shirt and jeans. To even get to speak to a lawyer there, it costs 500$. When I finally got the divorce, George took all of my certified copies back to the office and told me that I would get a call when I was able to pick them up. I never got a call. I called multiple times and got the same answer "it is not ready yet" I called last week and heard that they mailed my divorce papers to the wrong address. And when I tried to call to see if it got sent back to them they said no. They told me that they gave me a call, and said it was ready for pickup and I never received a call, they also said that called me and I said to send it to that address. Again I did not. When I asked if they would be able to get another certified copy of the divorce paper and if they would be able to pay for this copy because they lost the paperwork, Josh interrupted me and said that once the paperwork is mailed out of their office, there is nothing they could do about it. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend them as your lawyers.

Thank god for sites like yelp, with out them you would have to go in blind. Seek different council and don't give your money to this firm.My experience with this firm has been bad from the get go. No contact from him once he gets your money. This firm charges against your retainer for calls, emails Just for asking how your case is going. I had to file with the state board and the ABA complaint against Mark T Davis because of him neglecting my case and his bogus charges. The post you see on his sight are only ten and that either shows he doesn't get much clients or are only friends and family that post. Seek help elsewhere and do your research.

They scheduled an appointment and never saw him for consultation. The paralegal (so she says) sat with us but his office never called us back as they promised. We are out of 150 dollars with no follow up. This law firm is a joke and only there to take your money. Never will I recommend this firm to anyone. Bad service and quality.

I'm very impressed by Mr Davis and his staff for their unwavering support throughout my case. Mr. Davis has such great knowledge and understanding of the law. He handled my case with such professionalism and achieved an outstanding result. He was always available to take my calls and answer any questions or concern. I highly recommend Mr. Mark Davis and his law firm.

I called and was treated very unprofessionally. When I said I wanted to describe what I needed, they said I had to pay for a consultation. What I need is very specific but they didn't care and hung up on me.If this is the staff that is hired, it doesn't fare well for the attorney, in my opinion. I will look elsewhere.

If I could give this lawyer (if you can call him that) ZERO stars I would. He didn't do anything for my family member and only cheated them out of money. Mark blamed his incompetent assistant that left his office for not filing any single paperwork to the courthouse. Meanwhile, said "assistant" kept calling my family member to let them know "there was nothing they could do to serve the other party" and charged for all these calls. DO NOT USE this lawyer if you want any results and want to put your money to good use!!! Absolute GARBAGE took 3k upfront don't have anything to show for it. Warning Stay away from this office if you want any results. Read the other 1 star reviews pretty much all the same "promises" and does absolutely nothing. Military and Veterans stay away and save your money!!!

stay away from these idiots! save yourself the headache. george missed my first hearing for my child custody case causing me to have to wait 3 months before we got another hearing. when we did get to the first hearing, temporary orders, he decided to be in an entirely different room, and had no clue what my case was about. he was unable to defend me against the claims my ex-wife was making against me. weeks went by and he did not provide me with a copy of the temp orders. i had to call to get them. when i finally got them, i discovered a lot of stuff had been added that benefited my ex-wife. i brought it up to his attention and he claimed he would fix it. he didnt. several months later, the final hearing was coming up and he canceled without talking to me first. he then asks for another $3,500 which i brought within two weeks. after giving him the money, he tells me that i should be aware that i will likely lose my case. almost like he was letting me know he wasn't going to put the effort in fighting for me. i showed him that i had a major change in pay that should reduce my child support and he said he probably couldnt get that changed either. this had been going on for almost 8 months. i began sending emails to complain on him and even sent an email directly to mark davis about georges performance. they set up a meeting amd brought my concerns up. george admitted he had other bigger cases he had been working on that had taken up his time. by the time i left, i thought he had a better understanding that i wanted better representation. nothing changed. he had to cancel the next hearing because he did not follow my instructions when i told him i want a all day trial. the one he set up was a two hour trial. my ex was withholding my daughter from me and i complained multiple times. after several weeks, he finally requests the courts to enforce the order and the final temporary order was signed 5 months after the hearing for temporary orders was set. now it is augist 2023. we had a hearing set for the 29th but the court reset it. i messaged george about my frustration over the resets and he messaged back claiming he didnt fully understand my frustration but he was trying to finalize the case, which was set for september 2023. i responded to him a list of issues that he caused for my case to be extended by at least 8 months and he responded claiming he has done all he could and would be withdrawing as my attorney.i have paid this law firm almost $7,000 and got no results whatsoever. for almost a year while dealing with them, i went in the office and saw two different clients in the waiting room talking to the assistance demanding to know where their money went. inwas the 3rd. completely worthless.stay awaystay awaystay awaytrust me on this!!!!!!update:had another court hearing today. postponed again, this time over a month.also discovered that my attorney from mark davis lawfirm never responded to motions brought by the other attorney. mark, your office does not practice law....you practice deceptive business!completely worthless! mark, you claim to have been a victim of child alienation that resulted in a horrible outcome. this is coming from an attorney who knew how to challenge the system and still loss...now you drain the pockets of men dealing with the same situation because you know how desperate we are. then brag about your cars, homes and businesses on social media...all paid for at the price of our mental health. a year and no work was done....still my $7,000 fattened your pockets. if your office did not have the resources to work diligently on my case, then why accept it in the first place? i will work overtime to expose you and your office.

I agree with the review by Hector C. Mr. David should just add a drive through Window in his office. Let me list a few of the reasons why I have reported Mark T Davis to the State Bar of Texas:1. Retained him for a legal matter and the judge had to make a correction to one of his orders , he left out the most important line. 2. Seven months to do a Petition for Non Disclosure and in seven months he had never even filed the petition. 3. Cancelled a hearing without telling me.4. Submitted court documents five times calling the Judge Patricia instead of Patrick. 5. Didn't return emails for four months 6.Lied to me about. or receiving emails when I had return receipts as proof. He is unprofessional, sloppy work ethic, doesn't see a case through to completion, makes mistakes, poor communication I ended up doing the Petition myself and it took one month.

Predatory!!! waste of time and money. Last time I spoke to George he was upset that I fired him. Trying to scare me telling me that the other side wanted to fight. I spoke myself with the other lawyer and we are ready to sign. It took me 2 days to get the job done. So... If you need a quick divorce come to me I charge $300 to have all the papers ready for court 915-888-0489. Do not make the same mistake I did.

My son had been denied access to his children for several years. Mr. Davis's no nonsense, level-headed advice, preparation, and father's rights representation allowed him to eventually become sole managing conservator to his children. It is not cheap, but you will definitely always get your "money's worth".
