Mario’s Japanese Steak house and Sushi bar

The plates are not full. They are expensive and when ordering on doordash they don't pay attention to details and don't give you the entire order. You're better off going to Osaka you get more food for the price. Food was flavorless and bland.

Food was bland, ordered teriyaki chicken which had no flavor and chicken was dry it was like eating boiled chicken and rice. Sushi looked and tasted old, the egg rolls had a rancid flavor. The young lady at the window was rude and seemed annoyed with me picking up my order. This is my first and last time eating g from this place

They put Tajin on the spicy tuna sushi. I paid $22 for the 2 way meal. It was boiled chicken in bland sauce , with 6 medium sized shrimp on the side . Very small amount of vegetables .Sushi rice was over cooked and mush.Again TAJIN?! Why ?

confirmed. So I go up there to show the text and email where order was confirmed and paid for. The hostess snatched my phone and took it to the back, came back with someone and they looked at tablet for a while she turned around and gave me my phone back and told me they were working on my order. When I asked what happened, she very rudely stated that I should not order online anymore because the orders don't always come through. Then I asked for the preferred method of ordering, she stated the phone but that the number online was wrong and walked away. To top off the rude service, the food was very over priced for what we got and very bland. Ordered chicken terriaki and spicy tuna roll, stir fry noodles, egg rolls and dumplings. The chicken and rice was very dry and flavorless, the noodles were bland and the veggies were bad. The veggies in the egg rolls were rancid and the tuna in sushi was old. Very disappointing as I have heard great things from the Mario's in Crane. I was hoping the food would make up for the rude service but no. Do not waste your money here. Do not recommend. Would not give any stars!

The food is good and service is great. Atmosphere is comfortable,prices are reasonable. Enjoyed it all thank you.

I have been here twice before the food wasn't to bad and service was ok. This last time I went the service was HORRIBLE!!! First the waitress starts off by speaking spanish not a big deal but when I spoke in english she says "you don't speak Spanish well I know very little english." Just ordering the drinks was complicated. When ordering I had pointed it out on the menu itself so there was no confusion. I have no idea how she completely missed my order all together. After she brought my 2 boys their order I asked her if she has my plate after sometime waiting she then brings me to go boxes. I told her no and asked about my plate again, she leaves and goes and gets someone else I told him she missed my whole order he asked what it was and says no problem I won't charge you for it. After the table was almost done with their food I was brought my plate first off I didn't want stream rice and was never given a choice the veggies and steak was disappointing looks like it was half ass thrown together. She had even brought out a whole sushi roll I had never ordered. So I decided to just leave. I had asked for my check she never brought it. So we went to the counter he asked what we ordered I told him for the being 78 dollars and this bad service I will not be returning.
