I made an appointment for some stucco repair and to repaint my house. I get text message an hour later after set time saying truck broke down and I need to reschedule with office. I reschedule and the guy shows but leaves immediately without a phone call to say he was at my house. I was 10 minutes late due to traffic. I would not use this unprofessional company

Gave me an estimate. We agreed on the price. 2.5 months later, no one has contacted me on when they would start work. Finally got a call. The girl told me it will be an additional $1600 to complete the job. I told her we agreed on the cost more than two months ago. The next day their office guy calls me and said it is going to be an additional $6000 to do the work plus another 3 month wait. They waited almost 3 months while the prices went up. If they never intended to do the work, why waste my time. I would not recommend this company with such a low level of integrity.

MAK Roofing repaired my roof about 5 years ago. The roof is now leaking . Called about warranty and the first thing they said is that I do not have any warranty and that they don't know when they would be able to come out to see damages. They could not remember that they also fixed the ceiling due to leaks . Essentially, these people don't honor any type of repair. If you have damage after repairs you are on your own. These guys have selective amnesia. Beware!

Ok, this is the fourth roof replacement we've experienced with different houses over the years. These guys were fantastic. From beginning to end, they were communicative, showed up when they said, were polite, constantly cleaned up debris, etc. They not only did what they had proposed, but exceeded our expectations by doing extra things at no charge like painting vent pipes to match and doing other touch ups here and there. The crew actually took pride in their work; which probably explains the company's low turnover rate. A pleasure to work with such a professional and reliable company.

Mr. Felix has been very professional from the very start. He fix my roof on the day he would and finished it with out delay. He seemed to be Ann honest man you can trust. It's possible they do good work but I would never know because they never showed up for the appointment or called to tell me they would not be arriving. Then on the three subsequent phone calls they just kept telling me they would call me back but never did. I waited a week just for the appointment, if they were not interested, it would be nice if they would just tell me up front so I did not waste a week waiting for them when I could have called someone who actually wanted the job

Sad! Sad! Sad! Don't take our word. We only wish we had some honest information about the poor work of the is company prior to giving them our money. A little over a year ago we contracted with this company to replace our roof with foam, and 4 skylights. This company have been the biggest rip-off we have experience in El Paso, to the tune of $20,000.00 for a roof replacement (Foam), and skylights replacement. It has been a total nightmare for our entire family. We had minor leaks initially, now we have a lot of leaks. The owner does not show the same kind, and caring attitude as he did prior to getting our money. We have complained to the company/owner at least 4 or 5 times if not more that the work was unacceptable and that we had more leaks than when we signed on with them. Unfortunately, we get the same unacceptable response, "pack on a little more foam" to area of weak boards which is not the answer to a roof replacement that we never got. They act as if we are crazy, they send out their people who have no decision-making powers except to come out and make more mess with a little foam spray here and there, and state that our concerns will be shared with the owner. Surprisingly the company has a A+ rating in the BBB of EP the last time we viewed it. Why? We reported their poor work to the BBB of EP and all we got was a nebulous email from the owner stating a blatant untruth that he was not aware that we continued to have problems with our roof. We have had several inspectors to come out and look at the work, to include the city inspector. Guess what? We did not get a roof replacement. Something must be done to stop this kind of behavior. I will not stop until I get some kind of resolution. This is no way for a business to treat its' customer. It is very sad, because the owner was very impressive and seemingly such a honest man when we hired his company.
