Main Street Cafe

We enjoyed our stop at this delightful restaurant. Staff was very friendly.My husband was impressed with the Club Sandwich! Will definitely visit again.

Our Harley Owners Group is doing a month long poker run with courthouses, so Bobbie and I came to Safford to get our pictures with the courthouse. As it was lunch time, we chose to come to the Main Street Cafe as we'd been here before and loved what they do for an underutilized segment of the community. The food is good but not great as its mostly sandwiches and chips, but if I'm there again, I'll surely come back if for nothing else to support what they do.

In my opinion, the best food in Safford. Quiet, clean, and I have great empathy for their business model, as it caters to special needs. The club is great, the Reuben is great, the breakfast is great. A ton of pepper in the biscuits n' gravy.

This place is truly a gem. Great food, great service and when you eat here, you help learning disadvantaged people join in the community.The menu is pretty thorough, offering lunch oriented meals. You can even order "half sandwiches" . The portions are quite generous, so bring your appetite. Prices are generally in the $10 area, but you REALLY get your money's worth. Located on Main St. in Safford, it's easily accessible. Go. Enjoy.

Wonderful service, great food and the mission is even better - I will definitely be stopping here when I'm driving though Safford I ordered the Rueben and it was massive! A great spot if you're looking for the classics.The location is right on Main Street and offers some good walking around after, if you're wanting to explore other local businesses in the small town of Safford. This town is growing on me each time I visit!

While visiting Safford, Six of us went for breakfast on a Friday morning during Lent; thus were in search of meatless options. The server was extremely accommodating and seven let us substitute other items like toast for the lack of meat. The price was great, too, so we were able to tip even more than we would have normally (20+%). Even with no meat on the breakfast plates, the meals were very delicious and d satisfying. I would definitely go again.

We were on a day trip from Tucson and lunchtime found us in Safford. Once again, you YELP users steered us properly with your 4.5 stars rating. We were feeling fairly hungry and each ordered their BLT sandwich. The lovely waitress suggested splitting it because they were pretty large, so we took her advice. Half of one of their sandwiches filled me up properly. VERY friendly atmosphere: time to chat and get to know about each other and about Safford. They told us about their great mission to train challenged people.

They have the best and Sweet employees and the best sandwiches!! my favorite place to go to on Mondays!

Great food. All the usual fare and some that are a little unusual. Very tasty stuff and great service with a comfortable, "homey" atmosphere.
