Service was horrible.Dresses are overpriced for not a great quality of dress. I was hoping to find beautifully put together dresses for my girls quince. Unfortunately my visit with the owner was marred by the owners rude behavior and attitude. My court was met with a dismissive glance and a lack of commitment. The rude owner's behavior extended to interactions with other customers, creating a tense and uncomfortable environment within the dress shop. The lack of customer service and basic courtesy overshadowed any potential charm the store might have had. The dress shop charged an extra fee just for my girls to try on the dress after we were told the day before that we could bring our girls in to try the dress on but we ended up not trying on because we had to pay another fee.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE @ "M & M Fashion" My daughter and I went looking for a comunión dress. The 2 girls that worked there faces were like they were Not Happy to be working there. They Never offered to help, and furthermore the Owner was EXTREMELY RUDE she was saying things in her Asian language that I'm sure were Insults! She charged an Extra $10 because she tried on the dress & an extra $5 to use my Debit card!! She then said "your trouble, no dress for you, and she put the dress behind her!! I said I haven't given you any trouble whatsoever. She turned behind her and got the dress and charged the $89.99 Plus the $10 try-on fee & $5 because I used my debit card!! She also wanted to charge me $2 for a plastic bag!! Which I said no that's okay, I don't want the bag. I asked where does it say about those fees?? She said "MY MOUTH SAID IT, THAT'S WHY" As she handed me the dress, she said "you a Mexican and a Bi***!" I was appalled, my daughter was scared and we left & Will NEVER EVER RETURN!! She is an awful Asian woman with anger issues! PLEASE BE AWARE AND SPREAD THE WORD

Horrible customer service! All they care about is making a sale and do not take care of their customers! We went there looking for an item and the owner was arguing with us saying that the size we should take should be a large, Instead of the extra large that we needed. We told her the item would not fit but she kept on insisting that it was a large we needed and made us feel really dumb. We went there the next day to tell her it didn't fit, and that she gave us the wrong advice saying that it would fit, but she said no refunds and then lied saying that she had never told us that she recommended that size. I told her that is not the way to treat customers. She then ignored us and didn't acknowledge us in the store. I learned as a business owner if you treat your customers with kindness, honesty and that they are always valued, then you will have many customers and a successful business. But if you lie to customers, treat them badly, and make them feel unwelcomed, then your business is short lived. With business practices like M&M Fashions, I don't see them remaining in business very long.
