I went to this place in October 2019 but I had not posted the review because I lost the picture of my nails but I was recently able to recover it. I wanted to get my nails done here because they post amazing work on Instagram. I booked my appointment online and I had to pay a deposit which I thought was overkill but whatever. I drove 30 min from the east side because based on the insta pictures I really thought it'd be worth it. When I got there I showed them the pictures of the nails I wanted from their Instagram and they told me I couldn't get those nails because they were acrylic and I had made an appointment for dip powder. Eventually I was able to pick a dip powder color that I kind of liked and it turns out that they were running low on that color so my nail tech mixed it with another dip powder so that there would be enough for my manicure. I asked him multiple times if the color would be opaque enough to cover the whites of my natural nails. He was confident that it would work so I trusted him. Obviously it didn't work you can see in the picture that the color was patchy and uneven and you could clearly see my crooked ass nails underneath. And yes, I know that I can tell the nail tech if I don't like their work or if I want them to do it again but let's be honest nobody wants to do that it's uncomfortable! As a nail artist you should have pride in your work and be honest with yourself when it doesn't look good. The client shouldn't have to tell you when it looks THIS bad. He let me walk out of there with those nails so apparently he was content with the quality of his work ‍Needless to say, I won't be coming back here.

First time at this nail spa. My mom and I decided to try it because it has fairly decent reviews. When we booked our appointments I booked for a detox spa pedicure with gel (advertised 1 hour 15 min -67$) experience and a manicure. Our appointments were booked on the website with whoever was first available (big mistake on my part)! I was placed with Kim. Kim was very nice however she RUSHED through EVERY aspect of my pedicure. My mom and I sat down at the same time, receiving the same pedicure and mine was done in less than 45 mins and my mom got the full 1 hour 15 mins with Extensive massage by Mercedes. I verbalized my concerns to Kim that I felt she didn't spend the time allotted for what I was Paying . She got defensive and said " well I did all the steps". Maybe I have higher expectations. I just moved from northern Virginia where the costs for a pedicure are equivalent to this but your service is equivalent to what your paying . For example you get Paraffin wax and a neck / shoulder/ arm massage included . I felt ripped off paying 70.00 with tip when my services were rushed and the cost wasn't justified. I may try to go back one more time with a better reviewed technician, but my first experience was less than enjoyable sadly!

Called for a last minute appointment on Christmas Eve. And got it! Arrived 15 min late, no problem. They still took the time to call me to make sure I was ok and still keeping the appointment. Asked for a full set and pedi.John was the technician for pedi, he was attentive, welcoming, and helped me relax from all the holiday hustle and bustle. While the water was filling in the tank, he offered me a variety of drinks, from water, tea, to wines, champagne, mimosas, and many other deliciousness. I got Merlot. He started the massage chair. Instant bliss. He was thorough with his work, explaining each pedicure style and pricing, which products were used, what the establishment mission is, and he truly kept it. He removed 2 ingrown nails I didn't know I had. Helped with some dry patches on my leg and massaged the bottom of my feet reflexology style. Informing me of his findings by the knots he felt in my feet. Telling you, he was thorough and impressive.Before finishing up, he kindly poured me a second glass. While he was working on me, Brian started my full nails. He assessed each finger and nail bed. Recommended upgrading to Sculptured Nail set instead of regular tip attached style full set. Only $15 more than full set. He fully explained the difference between the two and why it's better to sculpt. And yes, it was worth it. Brian took his time, paid full attention to the nails, and sculpted them just how I asked. Another customer came in asking for his services. He never rushed his work on me. I am so impressed. So attentive and precise.Next Jessica painted my nails, and made sure they were exactly perfect for Christmas Eve. There was one nail that needed immediate fixing and she did it without me even having to ask. This entire crew doesn't mess around with customer satisfaction. Well worth the price paid to get THIS MUCH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I can honestly say this has been my best nail experience from a salon. Pure teamwork for customer satisfaction.Do yourself a favor and go. ENJOY!!!

Everything you want a nail place to be clean very modern and friendly. Fresh towels and plastic liners. They tried to converse with you not each other.Made an appointment same day for friend and IMany options on a pedicure the basic was sufficient and relaxing. They offered you drinks like soda,hot tea,water, and wine.They didn't rush; they took their time and did it right. Only thing is I didn't get a topcoat gloss I think I should have asked .Maybe they forgot.

Mercedes is skilled and kind. I have enjoyed my mani/pedis with her. My nails have never looked better. I recommended her to my 80+ yo mom and my 22 yo daughter. I also appreciate that the salon chooses safety with masks.

I'm sorry, but if you go anywhere else, you're wasting your money and time. The ambiance is awesome and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Clean? Yes, clean white furniture, clean floors, and wait for it...clean equipment all around. I made an appointment day-of and they were able to meet it with no problems. Love the organic products along with the environment music.Get your girlfriends together and have a 'Treat yo self' day date.

I have been going to LN since it opened. I followed my amazing nail tech John over here from another salon. I love how clean and sanitized everything is. They have tons of colors and nails options for your. John always does an outstanding job every time I go! He is very attentive and makes sure I get the right color every time. He work is neat and clean. I have had my nails last up to 4 weeks without chipping if you are in the west side go to LN and see John!

My experience at luxury nails spa was extremely pleasant to say the least. Mercedes did an excellent job. I could honestly say that this is the best mani I have ever had up to this point and I have had many manicures done in my life lol. Place is super clean, highly recommend 10/10. Before going back home I decided to post-pone my trip a few hours and come here. Went in and there were no customers. I showed a picture of their social media post in hopes of getting the same work done. I was told the picture wasn't tagged with the color and they weren't able to get a hold of the person who posted it. As I was going back and forth undecided on what to get, the employees called the person who posted it and they were given the shade number. I was then seated. Up top they have several screens going with pictures of their previous work. There is also an extensive selection of nail polish. Their desks have this vacuum thing that catches the dust which is cool. I got my acrylics soaked off (the correct way) and got a manicure with dip powder. I was serviced for almost 2 hours and the tech never spoke to me. In those 2 hours she spoke to me 2x. There were other people that came in when I was almost done and they were offered drinks. No one offered me anything. The services are a bit pricey but the work is great. 2 days later and my nails still look fresh. If only "customer service" was better this place would've been perfect.
