As a Proud Man, I feel great. It's a fashion that men should empower them selves, with some pampering to the nails. I had them paint them Black. It took some patients and time. Enjoy the experience 0f luxury, and pampering. I recommend guys it's liberating!! I walked out well groomed and fierce, with my new color Black!Proud ManP.S. I know my nails look haggard and aged. After a month and a half.TIME TO SET AN APPOINTMENT!!!!

I was willing to give this place two tries before I called it a no go . First time they did nails and toes and did a great job on both : besides the guy who did my nails had a terrible attitude I can dismiss that because the job was well done . But at the end when I was charged I was given a weird speech about how I had to pay cash because they charge more if you don't do cash which is already a massive red flag for me . So I went and took money out of the atm and paid cash . It wasent untill I left and thought about it later that they over charged me like 30$ from the original quote . I assumed it was because I asked for a small design on my nail and maybe that was why . Still a lot of money for what I asked for but I dismissed it . I go back today 2 months after the first interaction and I just wanted a simple gel pedicure today nothing fancy . I chose the 40$ one and it was just purple . No designs . Was told to pay 62$ at the end . How is tax almost 20$ on a cash purchase like that ? If you want a good job go here but be warned they will over charge you in the end and tell you it's a weird reason

I want to give them more stars but it was the customer service that really made me give 2 stars. I drove from Arizona for my best friend's wedding and took her to get our nails done. We went at 3pm and they said the wait was an hour but we had another appointment at 5:30 for wedding details so we spoke to Ana asking if we could just make appointments. However, they do not make appointments so I said we would be back at 6:30 & Ana did what she could to get us in. We also called and tried to make an appointment the week prior. When we came back Ana had a long wait but she sat us at the pedicure chairs. Let me clarify that we both were getting pedicures and full sets and wrote it down. Now I understand they were very busy and the techs were working very hard but we waited for almost 2 hours in the pedicure chair and the techs didn't start our toes until 8p when they close. We kept getting asked if we were doing a full set and both said yes to the 4 techs that asked us. Our pedicures were done at 9 and they moved us to the manicure chairs. We were not the last ones in the salon, but We could tell that our techs were mad at this point. The bride tried to show a picture of what she wanted and the tech ignored her, she also told her that she needed her nails shorter for work and the techs laughed at her, rolled her eyes and said it looks better this way. Didn't even make them shorter for her. She was really rough on the bride and made her bleed. My tech did my nails fine, but the shape was wrong. I wanted round and they are square. (Pink picture) Our techs were quiet for a minute and then the brides tech said, "I was ready to go home, why did you guys stay to do your nails, we thought you were coming back tomorrow." We we're both kind of shocked and never told anyone we were coming back the next day. The wedding was the next day. She kept telling the bride they were getting ready to leave and had her in tears. Then after she found out it was for her wedding she changed her attitude about doing her nails and started to be nice. The nails came out okay but are not exactly what she wanted and her cuticles and nails were hurting. When I went to pay I asked who I am guessing to be the manager why they said that they were ready to home and thought we were coming back. He said there was miscommunication because he told 3 other girls to come back tomorrow. Regardless, it was not our fault and we did not force them to do it. If they did not have time they should have said something and we would have just had our nails done no pedicure. We were also overcharged by $20 after I kept asking why the brides nails were so expensive at $60? More than the pedicure and my nails. I didn't get a clear answer and they charge way to much to use a card so I had to use cash. We did tip our nail techs decent because they stayed another hour but I am shocked with how horrible the situation was.

Me and my girlfriend went in to get our nails done. I was getting a full set and my girlfriend was just getting a gel manicure. I am the more feminine looking one in the relationship however we are very clearly females. However, the lady at desk 5, her comments were inappropriate and unacceptable. She said that my girlfriend was a "boy" for getting short nails. she said "you girl so you get long she look a boy so she get short" when i told her "no lets not say that" in a stern voice she repeated herself and so did it. My girlfriend didn't end up getting her manicure because of that ugly disgusting comment and the only reason i got mine done still was because they had already started. Horrible service and homophobic. Especially the lady at desk 5. Do better.

I've been going here for a couple of months and always ask for Leo (manicure) and Bill for my toes! The quality of their work is amazing, and a good vibe. They're very kind and always little expensive but always worth the price.

I rarely write bad reviews but did not have a great experience. I went in for a simple manicure and polish change. I specifically asked the gentleman (middle age/owner?) NOT to cut my nails but just shape them up. He very quickly cut the nails on my right hand super short. I barely have nails at all. I told him I did not want to have my nails cut short and he cut the left hand even shorter! He did not listen to what I wanted in the least and then got mad and was short tempered. I should have walked out but just paid for the service and left - without a tip. Literally the first time I have ever done that.

I have been a loyal client for many years. Last time I went 3 months ago a technician I never have had cut my toe so bad and it bled out for a while. Then when he was able to paint my toes he didn't do the top coat on the gel. Which I didn't notice till I got home. So my toe nails cracked and chipped 2 days later. So now I'm waiting for my toe nails to grow out along with dealing with a fungus something I have never had in my life. Dirty utensils! Will never go back. Strongly suggest staying away from this place.

The man that did my acrylic nails was rude and messed up my nails terribly. I kept asking him to do them a little shorter than medium length and square and he kept rounding the edges. The nail polish came out bulky. My nails are different sizes on each hand. I'm extremely upset. 43 dollars down the drain.

Today I called the salon and was quoted $20 for a French pedicure. When I arrived asked about the prices again and was told it would be an additional $20 on top of the pedicure service I pickedo. When I asked what my total would be for the service the girl told me $80. The changing of prices seems very shady and as if they make up prices as they please. I do not understand how they came to the $80 total for just a basic French pedicure. Usually salons charge $5 on top of your pedicure service, not whatever these girls were trying to charge me. This was my favorite place to go in Las Cruces, but the shady price changes make me not want to return.

I'm not usually one to complain and i have been coming here for a long time to get my nails done and it's always been a good experience but today changed all of that. One of my nails was obviously crooked from the very beginning and I did tell the girl doing them I thought it was crooked she said it would look better after she filed them I said ok and let her do them anyway.She finished the nails and the nail was still super crooked like almost laughable I told the girl at the front where you pay and even they thought it was bad, they sat me back down and the same girl came out to clip and soak that nail off she didn't apologize and gave attitude. Then she went to use the drill to get the rest of the nail off and she cut me... then she tried to just put it back in the acetone to soak it the rest of the way off like it was no big deal even though my finger was bleeding. I was upset and just asked them to take the nails off and I'd go somewhere else because if she has attitude over a mistake she made I don't want her to do my nails anymore I'm not comfortable what so ever, she got up and brought the manager over. I explained what happened and I just wanted the nails off so I can go else where and the manager refused to take them off and just offered a 20% discount. And that she would do them herself, I asked nicely again that I just wanted them off and a refund because at this point it's ridiculous and i don't feel comfortable here. The girl that did the nails stayed quiet the entire time not saying anything about it.I ended up letting the manager "fix" them and the whole time she just tried to compliment the other nails saying they're so pretty and it took that girl a long time to do them while my hands are visibly shaking from not only the cut finger but by how uncomfortable i felt with them doing my nails she just kept saying to "calm down and don't worry I'll fix it" not addressing anything that had happened and after all that I'm still left with a cut finger and a crooked nail. I will never go back to this place again and won't ever recommend anyone to get there nails done here either!
