Very nice! Customer service is excellent. We had Lily & Cindy they are so fun and do excellent work. Kind of a family vibe here we scheduled our appointment for 9:30 on a Saturday morning and we got right in and got pedicures and manicures. Nice work guys!!

Well.This is my go to nail salon on the west side, I'll admit that - but that's because everywhere else has been worse.When I get the nail techs who actually care, this place is 5 stars. They don't rush, they take their time, they're friendly - but if you don't get them? The techs can be rough, rush your service, and make you feel over all like a burden.This place isn't cheap. It's expensive and "luxury" - so in understanding of that, I expect "luxury" - not paying 70 dollars for a 26 minute pedicure that skipped all of the stuff you're paying for. I normally don't ask or complain but I asked for the scrub and the wax that came with the pedicure I bought and it lasted a total of two minutes. Such a bummer. To pay for such horrible service is so sad. Perhaps, if the manager reads this, have a timer each tech uses. That way it's not feeling like your skimped. Because why would I continue to pay for a more expensive pedicure when the person next to me pays for the cheaper session, but gets a tech who takes the time and is an hour long versus 30 minutes?The environment is super nice, it's beautiful. And honestly - the people who give a care are the reason I go back, but there is a reason all the reviews say the same thing. Hopefully someone takes notice and fixes the problems - or another salon on the west side opens.

Don't do it. They completed my pedicure in 15 minutes. It was a joke. The place is nice looking and they'll give you one free drink, but the service quality was so low. They asked if I wanted shiny nails at the end of the pedicure. A clear coat. Luckily i asked if it was included in the pedicure cost. Nope. Extra $10. Ridiculous. It really bothers me to visit places that are predatory like this. Also the lowest tip option they have on their credit card machine is 18%. Lol..

Not impressed at all. The work is not worth the price! Waited a while to be seen 15-20mins (no big deal) waited about 15-20mins to pay. There was absolutely no one else there. One of the kids was using the iPad to play and the owner was there totally hanging out and completely ignored us. No acknowledgement at all. They don't speak to you at all customer service is mediocre at best. Pedicure was the worst I've had in El Paso so far. They don't work for their tips because they over charge so no effort there either. $40 gel polish fell off 3 days later. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Never coming here again.... Paid $121.00 for service that met the bare minimal and that's with no tip. No communication like "that color is color powder which is $53.00" I basically bought the whole container of color powder and then some! Pedicure, I got my feet placed in cold water then my feet and legs burned with not only the hot towel but the hot stone. Also he kept having to leave to cough and spit out a much mucus possible. (I could hear how loud he was) I'd put zero stars but that's not an option. I wonder if I can claim this bill on my taxes....

I have been coming to this nail salon for years due to the fact that it's hard to find a decent clean one and it's close to my house. However, I feel like the quality in cleanliness and service has changed. I got a pedicure and thought I would treat myself for one that's more expensive and although my nail tech was super kind and did a great job, I did feel like the service seemed very quick for what I paid. I went on a Thursday thinking the service wouldn't be rushed. But as more clients came in I felt like they were trying to hurry to accommodate more people. The pedicure seat I had was a bit dirty. The table to put my belongings was so sticky as well as the remote for the massage chair. They advertise that they offer alcoholic beverages however was never offered a drink until I asked for one. I will continue my search for a decent nail salon.....

I was visiting from California with my sisters. I Googled a few places focusing my choice on location, reviews, and hygiene. The first thing I noticed was an emphasis on cleanliness and following State regulations.I had dip polish that needed to be removed. The tech used tools to remove the tops layers then had me soak my hands/nails in acetone, which I'm not used to. There are better techniques to avoid drying out the hands and nails.She took off too much on one of my nails and it hurt with just filing. I asked for a square/round shape which I came in with. I was left with uneven square nails. My sister requested gel builder which was not an option. She opted just to have her gel removed, manicure and a clear top coat. The tech cut one of her nails too short and my sister opted to file her own nail.We are from the bay area where we are used to paying more for services than most areas around us. I paid $56 not including tip and for sub par service and nothing special. This place is way overpriced for the services they provide. The tech pulled out fingernail clippers and cuticle trimmers from her drawer. I had to ask her to get clean, sanitized tools from an unopened package, not okay. Not impressed. If I could give zero stars I would.

Chipped nails within a day & charging for extra services I didn't ask for. - I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your nail salon. Unfortunately, I must say that it was the worst nail salon experience I have ever encountered.A few days ago, I visited your salon with my mother and friends in preparation for a wedding. Right from the start, the visit was marred by a series of issues. Firstly, one of your employees, who wasn't even assigned to do our nails, kept pestering my mother to avail additional services. Despite her declining multiple times, he persisted and attempted to upsell her more than ten times, which was incredibly annoying and unprofessional.My disappointment didn't end there. The following day, my sister decided to visit your salon, and she too had an unpleasant encounter. The same employee who had been trying to scam money from my mother was now insisting on charging my sister for services she neither requested nor received. This blatant attempt to overcharge customers is not only unethical but also reflects poorly on the integrity of your salon.To make matters worse, I noticed that my freshly done nails started chipping within just one day of the appointment. This is an unacceptable level of service, and it left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied.Seeking resolution, I approached your staff to address the issues I had encountered, hoping for an explanation or a potential solution. However, to my dismay, they showed complete disinterest in addressing my concerns. The employee who had been engaging in the upselling behavior tried to evade any confrontation and appeared to be hiding from me. This avoidance of accountability only served to exacerbate my frustration.Then, the situation took an even more unprofessional turn when the manager emerged from the back and began yelling at me. I was shocked and appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed by someone in a managerial position. Instead of attempting to resolve the matter or offer any form of apology, the manager's behavior further validated the poor standards of customer service at your establishment.I cannot stress enough how profoundly disappointed I am with my experience at your nail salon. The combination of unrequested charges, chipping nails, and the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by your staff and manager has left a lasting negative impression on me.I believe it is your responsibility as a business to ensure that your customers are treated with respect, honesty, and fairness. Regrettably, my recent visit to your salon has demonstrated that these fundamental principles were disregarded entirely.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your salon's customer service and overall experience.I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this salon. It's not worth your time or money.
