Was hanging out with a buddy at a bar on the Eastside after work on a Tuesday. I was notified that there was a food truck. It was called Lunchbox El Pelon. Ordered the asada nachos along with an order of Birria tacos (being taco Tuesday) unfortunately the birria were not sold individually at a $1.50 but sold by an order of 4. Starving as I was I placed the order. The asada nachos were great. Could have used a little more asada meat for my liking but they were very tasty. Then came the birria tacos. They were starved with a small cup of salsa and the birria juice. Those were some good tacos. Never tasted birria tacos so good. I highly recommend this food truck. If I see them at a different location I'm stoping for those tacos. Great job. Thank you
