The people who work here are really nice and incredibly fair and honest. I dropped my Victorinox watch off because it was missing a button and he told me about $60-80. Well, it was about $100. He said my watch was more complicated than a Rolex but he didn't charge me anymore than what he got charged so he made no profit off of me. He said because he quoted me a $ amount that was less he didn't want to charge anymore than the cost to him. And on top of this, he said I had a 6 month free warranty! I still gave him a $20 tip.

Reviewed this place a couple of years ago, but wanted to give them another review because they are so good! Brought my 3 bracelets in that had broken clasps a day before we left for vacation thinking they would be done when we got back. Nope, they fixed and cleaned all 3 within a couple of hours! Great service, quality work with very reasonable prices! Highly highly recommend.

This place came as a recommendation from a friend. I am SOOO glad I tried them out. They do beautiful, professional work. They are personable and friendly. Plus they're affordable and fast!! You won't find a better jeweler around. There's no need to go anywhere else. Worth the drive from other parts of town!!

This place was recommended to me from my son,. Needed to get my ring resized...it's located in an older shopping strip in ne so wasn't too sure yet. So I took the jeweler what I needed and as he examined my ring I looked in the cases, very unique items for sale...quite a few caught my eyes. So he tells me it would be $65 which to me seemed good and that it would be done in 2 hrs, I'm like not a week or two? Now I'm impressed. Got my ring in the time I was quoted and am very very impressed with the work. Recommend this place if you're looking for a unique gift or need jewelry repair this place is it. Prices are fare and affordable, work is awesome!

After an initial purchase of a beautiful and unique moonstone pendant and matching earrings, and learning that Ft Bliss jeweler sends all repair work to them, I began entrusting all my needed jewelry repair(s) to them. They do not disappoint !!! Resetting stones in sterling silver pendant and earrings, resizing 18k gold ring, they do exceptional and very reasonably priced work. The jewelry is truly strikingly beautiful and exquisitely unique. You owe it to yourself to check them out.

Drove the extra mile because of all the previous reviews and was not disappointed! My grandmother wanted a ring repaired (band was cracked and pinched her), when it was done, they polished it and it looked brand new. She said it looked as beautiful as when her husband gave it to her 40 years ago. Work was flawless and done within 25 minutes...went a few doors down to the metaphysical store to kill time so it was a great experience. 5 stars because of price, expedience and inviting people. Don't let the old strip mall intimidate you, as every encounter was positive and warm.

Came here because I had a broken necklace and they repaired it within 5 mins. So I went back since I saw their reviews because I lost a necklace a couple months ago and asked to recreate which they said yes, took maybe two weeks? I absolutely love the results. I had asked to connect the left part of the A since the old one used to get caught on my clothes. But it looks exactly the same. Got the chain from them as well. Exceptional service! Will be recommending you guys to everyone.
